OYO 40092 Hotel Morry'z — Hotel in Gujarat

So , In the peak of the season this hotel name came up tops on booking.com. There weren’t many pictures or reviews that I could see. I knew it’s the peak season and Christmas vacation and all places were super expensive. So for a rate of 5000/- I thought it should be decent enough and I went ahead. ||A long drive from Dwarka and we went here to check in. That’s when we realised the it’s more like a guest house on the first floor of a building. The ground floor has a few shops. This place doesn’t have a parking spot. It’s bang on the Una-Talala Road. We walked up the stairs only to a nausiatic nicotine stench. There were 4 adult men intensely staring at us. Quite discomforting. It doesn’t make you feel secure. ||Even before I keep my bag down came a question if I’ve paid advance and was asked to pay the remaining in full. My wife was already thinking that it’s a mistake. It became worse when we were ushered into our room ( they have just 5 rooms). The bathrooms were not cleaned at all. There was dirt in most places. The noise of vehicles from the road is very high. They have some lighting put outside the building but the gaps in the curtains are enough to get in as much light inside the room. Oh - this place doesn’t have a kitchen. So even a cup of Tea is got from a nearby place. ||The positive or the only positive is that the room is quite large. They also cleaned up the room and the bath. They also managed to get us hot cups of tea from a nearby place. ||Will I ever return or recommend this place to family - hmm. Tough. Not at all a good experience. We reached there at 10.30pm and also he highly charged us without inclusive any meals and tea. And add on to this in the morning 8 as we were leaving for gir safari he asked to vacant the room saying he has other check ins. Check out time in Saurastra is late as we inquired there. There was lots of noise pollution till 2 night and again it started at 4 Am. Think I was cheated. If you are charging 5500 which is not inclusive tea also. Then they should provide service also.
