Hello , Last week In December 2023 , we spent three nights at this resort. In my opinion , the location is fantastic , but the resort is still under construction . I suggest they consider extending room service staff and keeping the restaurant open in the evening too, this way , customers arriving later can relax with tea, coffee and light snacks .currently these services aren't available after 5pm. Additionally , having a television set in rooms would enhance the guest experience which is currently lacking . on a positive note , we impressed with the excellent service provided by the limited staff . specially thanks to Rinkesh bhai for coordination , Ashok bhai and Akshay for their assistance over the phone call , and receptionist Ms Minal , despite the small team , these people managed everything quite well . overall , its pleasant place for a short vacation .

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Palm Beach Resort! Everything was just perfect – from the stunning views to the warm and welcoming hospitality. The service was top-notch, and every staff member (even the owners!) were incredibly polite and friendly. It really made the whole experience feel special.If you're planning a trip to Valsad or heading to Tithal, I highly recommend staying at Palm. The cafe view and lawn were the main highlights for me – such peaceful and photogenic spots!
