A Soulful Escape at Polo Tent City and Resort

Sometimes you visit a place that doesn’t just give you a vacation — it gives you peace. That’s exactly what we felt at Polo Tent City and Resort.

The moment we entered the property, surrounded by the lush green Aravalli hills and the soothing silence of nature, we found a special place. The air felt fresher, the pace slower, and my mind, almost instantly, calmer.

The tents are beautifully done — spacious, cozy, and spotless. You get the thrill of staying close to nature without giving up any comfort. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of chirping birds and soft sunlight streaming through the trees.

But what truly makes Polo Tent City special is the warmth of the people. The staff greets you with genuine smiles and always go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

A special mention for Mr. K. P. Singh, who ensured our stay was absolutely comfortable. He oversaw that our tent was ready before we reached the resort.. And was always helpful whenever we needed some help or assistance.

Also, we must mention our guide Mr. Kuldeep..!! An absolutely amazing person and a pro guide who took us through the trekking trail through the mountain. He is a very knowledgeable person and knows the area as well as the history of the place in very detail. He ensured that our group enjoyed the trekking to the fullest. Very supportive and kind person..!!

And the food! Every meal felt like it was cooked with love. From traditional Gujarati dishes to perfectly spiced North Indian curries, everything tasted like a comforting home-cooked feast. Dinner under the open sky, with music playing softly and a bonfire crackling nearby, was one of those moments you wish you could freeze in time.

During the day, I wandered through ancient ruins, crossed gentle streams, and walked forest trails that whispered stories of centuries past. The Polo Forest nearby is a treasure - serene, mysterious, and absolutely beautiful. Whether you’re an adventurer or just someone seeking silence, it gives you exactly what your soul needs.

By the time I left, I felt lighter — as if the forest had quietly taken away all the noise I carried with me. Polo Tent City and Resort isn’t just a destination; it’s an experience that stays with you long after you’ve left.

We went there for a weekend break… but came back with memories that feel...

I want to highlight some of things from this resort.

Starting with the food: Food is really bad in quality and they are very strict on their items in menu, no special request they people accept. I don't seem variety in food whether it is in lunch or dinner. Also in Hi-tea people expect some hot snacks along with tea/coffee in the mansoon season but they offer biscuits with the tea/coffee in this mansoon. They are not even flexible with their items, they should offer different variety as per the season and the climate, because if you see other resorts with similar packages they do provide food in variety and according to the climate.

Service Part: When we took the breakfast just after reaching the resort, we were said that item has finished so we can't provide you the same item again, then we told them to please arrange something else or the same thing we will wait for it because we came all the way driving 250kms and are very hungry, now you people saying that some items in breakfast is not available even after we have informed that we will be coming at 10 am...why? Have you mentioned anywhere in the package that we will not get some of the item in the breakfast if it gets finished or etc.? They very rude while talking and resisting their fault.

Location: Surrounding is really good, purely nature's place it is but if you do not get good service and food when you visit such places then there is no worth for spending so much of money on it.

Adventure Activities: In the name of adventure they have only 2-3 Activities that too were not on time. Also at the end they denied for forest trekking which is the real adventurous thing and the reason behind the denial was the rain in monsoon season. But these things were not informed before the booking and even till 4pm by the staff person operating the resort. They were keep saying till 4pm that they were take us to trekking at 4.30 pm but as usual very...

Please avoid visiting this place. Its only for drunkards who want to visit just for having alcohol. Tents are of nice quality, food provided is nice.

We booked couple of tents for overnight stay here and below are the poor experience points.

Disappointments :

No bodywill take your luggage from car to the reception, so you are on your own. Only after taking full payment they will assist you with the luggage that too from reception till the room which feels too less a distance after you have brought your luggage from parking to reception.

They will allow another 200 kids who regularly come for their one day picnic and to use all the amenities and you can image what the hell they would have done to our families vacation and peace.

In the swimming pool also they allowed close to 100 kids that too in any attire they want not respecting any rules and regulation. It was so pathetic that our families couldn’t even step into the pool.

They have 0 service. Nobody would care to even ask you if you need anything. All they are interested in is arranging hard drinks so that they can get good margin from that.

At night you are all on your own, you cant even get the water bottles. You have to keep begging to the service staff and they are also gone in late night.

Whole night we were shivering with cold and they said they can’t give us any tea.

They have vintage game room where they have no games working. Everything is in terribly poor state and clearly shows the managements priority which is those one day picnic uncivilised kids to earn money.

After paying 8500 per night per tent. We don’t expect this sort of service when we are going with family for peace and pleasure in a remote so called resort. Plus unlike other resorts and hotel they charge everything in advance at reception.
