The most pathetic hotel/resort i have ever visited. Had booked a superior room with balcony for my parents anniversary, in advance but on reaching there,the RUDE Manager gave them the least category small room. On arguing about it, he said "aap ko jo karna hai kar lijiye.. room to chota hi milega" On insisting on talking to owner, he said number nahi milega. aap agent se dhoond lijiye number. book kiya tab room tha ab dusre guest ko de diya.. (i have the entire phone and video recording).||The entire resort was empty, just 2 3 cars including mine.. Rooms are good as per price taken I expected it better. The location is good and little isolated as it should be. It was calm and quite as there were not much guests there. I felt it just like a hotel rather than resort, so not to be confused with the name. The check-in was not good. They mentioned the staff will help in getting our luggages to rooms but had to wait a long. We were tired of the journey and quickly wanted to get fresh but this troubled a lot. There was dinner buffet but we see not much options there so we ordered ala carte. The preparation took more than one hour just for a small order for 4 people and there were no other table occupied.
