I am beyond appalled by the abysmal level of service we've encountered during our stay. The incessant loud music after 11 pm has not only disrupted our sleep but has also escalated my stress levels to the point where my head feels like it's about to explode and my blood pressure is skyrocketing. Your staff's incompetence in addressing this issue or even responding to our calls is utterly unacceptable. It's a disgrace that your establishment, which claims to uphold professional hospitality standards, resembles more of a disorganized, low-grade roadside joint than a reputable hotel chain.
Let me be clear: your staff's unprofessional behavior has soured our experience to the extent that it's impossible to trust this establishment as a professional entity in the hospitality industry. I am left with no choice but to escalate this issue to your higher-ups, as this glaring deviation from expected standards reflects poorly on your brand's values. Consider this a formal complaint and an indication of the sheer disappointment and dissatisfaction my family and I have endured during our stay.

The food quality surpassed my expectations. Each dish was prepared with precision and care, resulting in flavors that delighted my taste buds. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a culinary delight.
However, what truly elevated my dining experience was the impeccable service provided by Ananya, Shivani, Shukhendu & Bijoy. Their attentive demeanor made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. They all went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect, and for that, I am truly grateful.
The ambiance of Waves Restaurant was also noteworthy, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for a memorable meal.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Radisson Hotel to anyone looking for a comfort stay and a culinary experience that exceeds expectations. Read moreHighly overrated place than what it actually is. Right from restaurant to club services none of them are satisfactory. And this cannot be expected from a place like Radisson. It's been appreciated for the reason that people in this town don't have any option, as huge as this place and the brand tag it carries. There was a wonderful vegetarian restaurant which has been closed long back. Also the services should always have an upward trend in terms of quality. Not much idea about the rooms and it's services, but yes food at restaurant is never up to the mark and never has a consistent taste.
Recently attended a marriage function for 2 days and the food was way below than quality standards and also the service was lethargic. How can a resort of this fame and repute , fall short with crockery for a party of few hundred people ?
