Subject: Disappointing Experience at Rangoli Restaurant and Bumper Car Facility, Bhavnagar

Dear Management,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my visit to Rangoli Restaurant and the adjacent bumper car facility in Bhavnagar yesterday evening.

The dinner experience at Rangoli Restaurant was subpar, to say the least. The food served was cold, and the presentation was unappealing. The service was also inadequate, and the overall quality of the meal was not worth the substantial amount I paid.

Furthermore, I was appalled to find that the water glasses provided were not properly cleaned, emitting a foul odor.

To make matters worse, my visit to the bumper car facility was marred by a disturbing incident. The cars were poorly maintained, and I suffered an injury when my leg got stuck between the structure of the bumper car. This is unacceptable and indicates a clear lack of attention to safety and maintenance.

The menu is impressive, offering a wide variety of vegetarian dishes—from rich Punjabi curries to Chinese, Italian, and even a few fusion options. The Paneer Lababdar and Kaju Butter Masala stood out for their flavor and generous portions. Soups were tasty but a bit on the spicier side, so be sure to ask for spice levels to be adjusted if you're sensitive. Presentation was great, and the food arrived hot and fresh.The environment is modern, clean, and well-lit—perfect for both family dinners and casual get-togethers. The seating is comfortable, and the decor adds a premium touch. Even when the restaurant was busy, it felt spacious and well-managed.

Staff were courteous and professional. Service was timely, and the staff made helpful suggestions about the menu. At peak hours, there was a slight delay, but it was understandable...

Worst Navratri Experience 2025 on Day 1as they even not mentioned definition of traditional dress in their Own Dandiya Garba Application in the Rules.

Management said that Jeans pant not allowed in traditional wear even if you have wear Design Kurta but pajama pant allow in traditional wear. And they are giving and explaining about Traditional wear. If they really believe to allow in only traditional wear than Please Follow the whole rules about traditional wear also Management should observe about footwear as shoes aren't considering in Traditional Wear.

So please if you are making rules than mention them perfectly otherwise Last decision always by Management...
