Regenta Central Somnath — Hotel in Gujarat

I am Sharing my very bad experience today with Regenta Central today Yesterday 26th Oct 2025 when I checked in hotel at 5:30 and after 10 mins I asked for Manchow Soup as I was having cold after long travel from Dwarka via cab - they said that they can't server before 7:00 PM - in this peek season they don't have enough chef . Today morning breakfast was horrible I stayed in Lemo tree premier in Dwarka and the breakfast was very good - chef Inder was great . Here also rooms charges are almost same but breakfast service is too bad . Today we want for Somnath temple visit - and it is raining in Somanth - we drenched completely in the rain and we cambe back at 4:00 PM and my wife was feeling cold and she asked for Manchow soup again they said they can't serve . Also we were hungry it was raining outside but even for lunch they said they can' serve now. I complained this to Mr. ARJUN and he is not at all listening and he want simply saying same thing that he can't server food now also when I raised my voice he also bit became aggressive and he also touched me on my right shoulder twice and I shouted at him saying that he should not touch me .. I also asked him who is you manager he said he is there I asked are you prime minister he said yes he is prime minster ...Later when I posted this review on the review section then only his manager Mr Jitendra kumar came to know about this incident ... Mr . ARJUN didn't informed him . I can also see my post at 5:30 PM is also removed ..... later in teh evening Mr Jitendra came and said sorry to me ...but why my reviewe was removed ...I will keep on posting this ....

Mr ARJUN - Please don't touch anyone I have a operation in my left shoulder - you can escalate any matter which is out of your capacity instead of touching my shoulder - I kept telling you don't touch my shoulder ,,,

Why you didn't informed your manager proactively - why you didn't gave me your manager number when I asked for it.

There is a Camera footage - I have asked Mr Jitendra to check this ....

Until you apologies in writing on this platform I will keep posting this experience you loose your patience and I am sure this is not...

I recently had an incredibly disappointing stay at Hotel Regenta Central in Somnath, Gujarat. Despite its claim to be a four-star hotel, the services provided were absolutely abysmal, leaving me with a profoundly negative impression.

From the moment I entered the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was poorly maintained, with visible dirt and grime in various areas. The bed sheets and pillows were not only dirty but also had numerous stains, making them unsightly and unsanitary. Discovering hair from previous guests on the bed sheets was both off-putting and concerning, as it raised questions about the hotel's standards of hygiene.

Considering the significant amount charged for the room, the lackluster services were particularly disheartening. It is utterly unacceptable for a supposedly four-star establishment to deliver such subpar experiences. Even the food provided was far from satisfactory, failing to meet even moderate expectations.

While the staff's behavior was adequate in terms of politeness, it did little to compensate for the overall deficiencies in service. As a guest, I had anticipated a level of professionalism and attentiveness that was sorely lacking throughout my stay.

Hotel Regenta Central fell far short of meeting even the most basic expectations for a four-star hotel. The inadequate cleanliness, poor quality of amenities, and underwhelming food left me deeply disappointed. I strongly caution others against choosing this hotel for their stay in Somnath, as it fails to deliver on its promises of quality service.

It is the best property situated on Somnath bypass road only 6.3 kilometres away from the famous Somnath temple. Beautifully decorated entrance welcomes the tourists. Statues of horses, and tigers are installed on left hand side of the entrance and statues of men doing athletics postures are installed on the right hand side to enhance the appearance of the property. It all looks great with varieties of blooming flowers and decorative plants.The property has a large parking lot with wheelchair accessible entrance. The staff at the reception were all very welcoming and friendly. Room rent was very reasonable and affordable. In no time the formalities were completed and our luggages were shifted to our rooms. The lift was quite large and spacious. The rooms were spacious,airy and clean with large windows on one side. Almirahs were large enough to accommodate our belongings. The air conditioner and LED television was working great. Electric kettle with pouches of tea, coffee and milk powder were available. The bed sheets,quilts and towels all were fresh and clean. The washroom was neat and tidy and toiletries were provided by the hotel staff. High speed Wi-Fi had been available for the tourists. Multi cuisine restaurant with tasty dishes and beverages is available on the ground floor. The room attendants were quick to respond and were well behaved. Enjoyed a...
