If you want to experience REAL HELL, then u must visit Seasons Hotel for food... if you want to die out of starvation waiting for your food, u must visit this place...
The service is the worst one
Food you ordered and food they cater have total contradiction in taste and preparation
They take almost 3 hours... yes exactly 3 hours... if you are having 3 course dinner there...
I had ordered soup, starters, masala papad, main course and beverages, they came with hot soups in bowls and cold beverages in the glasses together... who the hell drinks both the items in communion???! But they think u r an alien... so they cater u their own way
In main course u would find hide and seek between naan and sabji... means they give u sabji and then after 20 mnts they come with roti or naan... u will wish to commit suicide if u dare to order an extra roti during ur meal since they will take 20 mnts more for the same
I ordered paneer sabji and i had to hire CBI FBI KGB all these agencies to find out paneer from my sabji!!!
Lastly we ordered 2 hot chocolate brownies and 1 pudding... they didn't take more than 1 hour and 15 mnts in serving the same!!! So fast!!! However they gave variety in hot chocolate brownies.... 1 was hot as usual and another was dead cold.... so on pouring of chocolate syrup on them... one danced with vapor and the other told us that I'm COOL... So no vapors... and when we made an inquiry of the auspicious arrival of our desserts, they told that it did take time in preparation... 1.15 hrs??? I told them to serve the pudding first since it's a ready to serve food, but NO... they are SEASONS... and as the seasons of the year have their own moods... these people have their mood not to serve us... ya they gave 2 complimentary puddings to shut our mouth from complaining... but we found those complimentary desserts 'bitter'!!!
Lastly so far as bill is concerned, it was nearly 6000 for four adults... for only one sabji, 4 to 6 rotis, soup, starters etc... they charge rs. 120 for one water bottle... now u can understand how the bill became rocket
So i beseech you all not to visit this place ever... and if u r lovebirds and u have 3 hrs time to be with each other and u r not at all interested in food, then this place is heaven for u... but prior to visiting this place lovebirds have to decide who would pay the bill!!!
Ya... just forgot to tell u that whether u go for priavte party or u keep this hotel as function, the same 'holy' service and the out of the world food mentioned above will...

If you think the basic double bed rooms were nice Wait until you see the delex rooms and marital suite. not The hotel has lovely grounds and pool. The restaurant has two options indoor privacy overlooking pool or outdoor where part buffet and part served food is provided. Internal decor is also very nice, there are nice little fountains and forest decor if you like taking selfies. Rooms have nice complementary items. There are some nice function rooms for parties dinners and wedding.
It is difficult to go to a place in India without noise pollution but a really good feature of here is that you get peace and quiet as the grounds are vast and away from the busy areas. This is a unique feature of this hotel.
Only area of critique is we didn't enjoy the check in. We were a party of 30 and had forwarded info in advance yet were asked to produce Visa status. The hotel expected our arrival yet some rooms were not cleaned which delayed lunch for some of our guests.
They also need to issue more room keys for multiple guests.
I didn't like the staff arguing that we were late. We were travelling from Ahmedabad ( 4 hours by coach) but aside from check in Chetan and team did an outstanding job and gave us a super experience including 6am breakfast as requested!...
