We had booked 10–12 rooms for two nights as we were in Valsad for a wedding. While the property itself is quite aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are decently comfortable for two people, they are not ideal for triple occupancy—it felt cramped and stuffy with an extra person.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the staff and the lack of proper maintenance. The air conditioning in several rooms was either not functioning properly or not effective, and the washrooms were not well maintained, which was quite inconvenient for our guests.

One of the most unpleasant aspects was the attitude of the staff during check-in. They were unnecessarily rude to our guests and insisted on collecting the remaining payment before allowing them to check in. This created an uncomfortable situation, especially since this should have been addressed directly with the main point of contact rather than involving guests who were unaware of the payment details.

In summary, while the property itself has good potential and a visually appealing ambiance, the staff’s unprofessionalism and lack of basic maintenance severely impacted our experience. There is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of hospitality and...

Woods hospitality...wat do I say about it ....namesake hospitality not at all worth the money...not at all recommended to anyone...the images they share of the villas are completely different than the reality...no cleanliness in the villas ...no proper wifi..no connection of TV ...and the food is also worst ....not at all good...even after asking them for different things they were not even interested in helping with anything....they literally serve cold and tasteless food ....the staff is also not that cooperative....they manager is least interested in your problems ...he was very rude...but would love to mention Geetanjali ji...she was so so good and cooperative...very helpful and always eager to help and also manishbhai he is also very sweet...but overall a big no to anyone who is planning to visit this place Woods hospitality try to maintain the place and also serve people for the...

Property interior is really awesome, worth visiting. You can improve on services, 1 out of 3 curtains in my room was not opening blocking 1/3rd part of wonderful view. Please store liquid soap for hand wash in bottle which does not show it is expired. Light above wash basin was not working in my room's bathroom. Before entering 1 of your staff was aware about curtain issue but still it was not resolved till 2 days. Water in Swimming pool was matching with a lake's water. However thanks to provide us access to private pool in villa. Glass of room should be cleaned regularly. Overall it was good experience. Surely its a must visit atleast once. Restaurant food was really good excluding idli, mendu wada. Start your closed card room at earliest. Selected rooms view are best. For best rates book...
