FabHotel The Grand Heritage — Hotel in Gurugram District

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Plus the outside pics of the property aren’t the true pictures.

Unclean room, stinky bathroom and toilet with broken pipes, no house cleaning, poor services, rude behaviour and negligence from manager, worst place to stay. The owner charged me ₹500 extra. He made check in twice on my name, and demanded double payment. I continuously tried explaining him why would I pay double. It was 10:30 in the night and it was not feasible to find another hotel nearby. I finally had to pay ₹500 more than room price. The way the night manager spoke to me was very rude, harsh and disrespectful. I don’t understand how did makemytrip even list it in its hotels? This way, it would not at all be a trustworthy platform to find a sane hotel. The bathrooms were stinking with foul smell, the bedsheet was stained, the pillow covers were covered in black dust. The ac was so ineffective with loud noise and no cooling. It felt like a punishment to stay in this pathetic place. The next day I even mentioned humbly to change the bedsheet, pillow covers, and clean the room. But no house keeping was done. Im the night also I requested thrice, but they simply ignored. Firstly they took extra money ₹500 from me and then gave such a pathetic experience. This place doesnt even qualify...

I had booked this hotel from fab hotel from date 6may to 18 may. From the first day, I am struggling here. First of all they given the room without keys. When we asked for the key, they asked to change to room because they didn't had key. Again changed other room because suddenly water supply stopped in that room. Current room is not clean and they don't do daily cleanup also. Staff is worst here. From first day, they forced us to do full payment. Secondly my concern was that internet should work properly but this is also not happening. From two days, they are not getting time to recharge their internet and now their internet is not working after recharge also. This is the worst experience, I've ever faced in hotel. You will not found manager in the hotel and if I have any issues then the staff says talk to manager. To fill water bottles,you have to go to basement from 3rd floor without lift.

Issues in this hotel -No electricity backup. -No internet works and they don't care about this. -No lifts. -No water in same floor. -Drinking water area is very dirty and in basement. -No daily cleanup. -If you booked hotel through third party app like fab app, they don't consider your booking and they don't even listen to fab hotel. -Water Logging in...

They on my visit upfront said that they don't have AC room. I am so late that i don't have any option so take a non-ac room with same amount of money of a AC as listed on the app. But the is more worst than being non-AC, it doesn't even have a fan and no exhaust its so suffocating. And there are ants too on the floor. No room service.and in the morning they even forget that they hosted me that room they try to open it with there key from outside. If u can't give the services please don't mention them on the app and what does that confirmed booking means if you can't reserve the room.
