Heritage Village Resort & Spa, Manesar — Hotel in Gurugram District

Booked for family weekend based on reviews. But after check in, that was Fb’s worst experience. Unfortunately, KOMG was also there during the same weekend. Their housekeeping and room service is worst. People don’t even know their own responsibility and areas. They wake up after 12 hours of complaining. Food quality wasn’t good either. They have a dedicated counter for buns and breads during all meals but it’s always empty and no refill ever happens. If you happen to be at the resort, for the first time, than keep wondering what’s possible and what’s not in meals. The location is worst. No signage no boards near the resort. Google maps take on a different route and than you keep wandering for 30 minutes to locate the resort. The road from toll road to the resort is very bad and we got stuck in rain becos of water logging. It’s might be good for corporate travels but certainly a very huge disappointment for family and friends. Had a pathetic experience for such a huge cost. Not worth. They deliver your pre booked cake to the room without any knife, spoons, plates. They take more than 12 hours to decide that small coffee spoons in room are housekeeping responsibility. Than housekeeping takes 3 hours to accept that spoons were missing and finally delivers you. They book room for 3 adults but provide everything for two and when you request one more, it takes 4 hours to receive. While booking the superior room and package, you were well informed of the number of adults and kids in all 3 rooms separately, but still arrangements and everything is only for a couple. You ask them for drinking water and boys argue. Amenities for two adults are available for 3 adults, 2 adults plus 2 kids, 2 adults plus one kid and infant. How amazing is this. You charge for each person adult and child but when it comes to delivering services they are limited for couple and so rude housekeeping staff. We just wanted a peaceful smooth family weekend in neighbourhood and that’s why we chose Heritage and it’s high prices. But it isn’t worth at all. Staff don’t bother even after repeated requests they are dumb and throw attitudes. Evening was rains and there was water clogging immediately out of all the cottages. How do you expect people to step out in pool and visit your open air Rajasthani Folk Dance near the swimming pool? Be human and understanding. You can spend quality time with your family at Heritage. Several acres of the property are available for use. The resort offers you a decent complementary blend of various activities. By way of example, there is Bungee basketball, cycling, cricket, trampolining, and other options available through the paid program called Cheer Fit. Cycling and Bungee Basketball are a must. Room size was smaller than expected for the Angan suite compared to the price. Rooms on the ground floor are much larger than those on the first floor. While the city is busy over the weekend, it's a great place to chill out. The facilities are nicely maintained and the staff is extremely disciplined and considerate. Food was very tasty . They provided food of our choice. At night, there was live music and tea was served. Singers sung the songs of our choice. Thanks for the service given to us. There is always some event going on which is quite impressive. It is the best venue for any event. Rooms are luxurious and staffs are helpful to fulfil guests' wishes. Very well maintained property. Rooms are super decent and placed understanding guests privacy and are very nicely maintained. What steals the show is the staff courtesy. Professionals who know their jobs well and are eager to meet the needs of the customer, as well as people who are very proactive and friendly while maintaining professionalism. It is a property I will return to again and again. It is the perfect place to starve with family. Indoor play area, separate junior pool, all swimming accessories, coaches, and kids-friendly. This was my second stay at The Heritage Village spaced at gap of 7 years and we found many differences. Both good and bad.

Hospitality : 5/5. The staff was the most courteous. I could get the names of all of them, but Manoj Kumar and Rupesh were 2 of many servers during our 3 day stay and they along with other servers made sure we were well catered. They even arranged food based on my 3 year old daughter's requests.

Food : while our first stay with The Heritage Village 7 years ago made us fall in love with buffets on a whole new level, they actually did not match our expectations. The food variety was not well chosen, 3 paneer options in a day followed by none the next. The staff made sure everything on menu was proper and availability but the taste and combination of cuisines was not satisfying.

Rooms and Room Service : Amazing, just amazing. The rooms were revamped post covid and the interiors are now just beautiful. Everything was perfect. Prompt services as well.

Recreational activities : you will not get bored if you plan a short vacation /long weekend here. They made sure that our evenings during the 3 day stay were fully engaged. Horse Carriage rides, puppet show, golf, Rajasthani Dance, star gazing, camping for kids, bonfire, tambola, and many more.

Apart from this, the staff was at our service. My husband misplaced his earring and the security as well as housekeeping staff did their best to locate it from dinner time till next day at breakfast.
