Hotel O Telone stay — Hotel in Gurugram District

The location of the hotel is pathetic. It has a dumping ground next to it in the middle of a village.||2. The receptionist forced us for pre-payment before even checking in the hotel.||3. The bedsheet was torn.||4. The A.C. leaked, and even after constant compaints neither it was corrected nor were we transferred to a different room.||5. There was no starter kit which is generally provided by "OY* rooms". they did not provide it even after I asked for it a couple of times.||6. There was no Bucket and mug in the bathroom. ||7. There was no handle on the tap in the bathroom. (We know how we took a bath, cannot explain on this forum).||8. They would not have served us the free breakfast if I did not called the reception and enquired.||9. The menu was pathetic and overpriced that too in a budget hotel.||10. The switch board came off the wall and was not working. It was not corrected when we made the complaint.||11. We enquired, all rooms were smoking rooms before checking in. But we had to ask them 4 times to get an ash-tray for us.||12. Don't bother going here, the most rubbish place to stay.||connected to a large dumping ground.||No easy access to transport. 10 to 15mins walk on shady roads to get to the main rd||RATS in the room.||Toilet seat broken.||Sink water flows in the bath room.||Dirty towels||The pillow cases extremely dirty.||The receptionist were not anything like they showed on the website (in business attire)||They were wearing normal shirts unbuttoned.||No computer to search for booking.||Rooms extremely extremely extremely small for 2 people.||No place to keep your suitcase.||Electricity going off again and again.||The local Taxi guy asked me why are you staying here...he has never seen any one coming here in his last 15yrs of driving from the airport. I had booked online for the deluxe room ( in the website they have only 2 types - regular and deluxe). I was given the lower category room at the hotel ( at the hotel they have named it as deluxe and superdeluxe). When i asked them, they came up with all sorts of pathetic excuses.||||Bedsheets had stains all over it. Lights were not working in the room. Balcony is out of bounds.
