OYO 28118 Rajvanshi Palace — Hotel in Gurugram District

The garden and location of this hotel is nice, just off Pataudi road in wazirpur. The rooms are slightly small in size but not too much to complain. The biggest issue with this place is the staff running the hotel. They rarely respond to basic requests like providing clean towels, soaps, drinking water and so on. It had to ask them thrice for a cup of tea. The rooms were dusty, the bed sheet in our room was torn and that part was hidden under the pillows. There was no electricity from 8 to 10am eveyday and the inverter doesnt support the geyser, but the geyser of each and every room is connected to the inverter. So every time someone from any room switches on the geyser, the inverter trips and we lose electricity again. Overall the staff were horrible and unresponsive making our stay less than...

They don't accept OYO bookings. On Oyo it was showing Rs. 700 but in night they charged Rs. 1000. There is no Wifi, no TV, no intercom telephone. We got one room, whose key was not there with them, so we leave that room. Another room that they gave faulty charging point for Mobile. At last we got third room, but that was also not upto our expectation as they are charging Rs. 1000. Towels are not good, dirty bedsheets.

Very bad service, after an couple of hours of check-in date 14.06.2019 in the name of Pradeep, they power off the AC (cut out?) From outside, whole night I stay with without AC, when I called on reception at 3:00 clock, no one was picking the phone, the I have to visit to the counter , then they did power on the AC from main cut out (main power cut from outside).in system they allot me room no-115 & they actually stayed me in room no 116.I feel so pethatic service.very bad...
