Trinity Corporate Suites — Hotel in Gurugram District

We stayed for 2 nights in Trinity corporate suites. It is in sector 21, very near to candor infospace sector 21 which makes it comfortable to travel to this campus. Room was average and bathroom was also clean. Sheets and pillow covers could have been more clean. We were given room which was next to their kitchen and they started making so much of noise around 6am. To be frank, was very disturbing for us. Food is a big time challenge and they really need to improve here. There is no breakfast buffet. They will say you can have anything mentioned in the breakfast menu as room service but they will not have 80% options available. Also, there is only hot tea and coffee in the breakfast, so don’t choose anything else from the beverages menu. And whatever was available, the quantity served was very less, not filling even for 1 person. Better to order from nearby options. Also, you can order only 1 item per person, maybe due to low cost of the room which should not be the case ideally. They can improve on more cleaning of rooms, and by providing YY good meals to people. They can make it a lot better in terms of experience of corporate people by doing little more investment. The experience of stay here was not nice. No-one was available on the check-in desk for 10mins. Had to drag the complete luggage by ourselves to the desk. We booked two club-rooms through Agoda.com as per the pictures shown on the website. But on reaching the hotel they said they can only give us one room. After discussion with the manager they finally checked us in for 2 rooms but again one room was not a club room but was the lowest category one with no window nor any space to move around. Had to go through a lot of horn locking with the manager - he claimed that whatever you saw on the website is not our responsibility we will only give you the rooms that we have. He clearly denied to change the room or cancel and refund our money. Finally he told us to wait for another hour for a room to get vacant. This one too was not a proper club-room but just a normal one with a window, had to adjust with that one only. The service was slow- had to ask multiple times for water bottles to be provided. Room's fridge didn't work. And despite non-smoking claimed on the check-in desk there was a persistent smell of cigerettes in the corridor which would fill up the complete room everytime the...

Location is right next to Candor Techspace. Food is something they can improve on - the stuffed paranthas have very less potato filling. Wi-fi is not the smoothest, but sufficient - they probably need more routers & a higher bandwidth.

People who’re complaining about ACs not working during the day probably don’t understand how centralised Aircon works.. hotel have given both overhead hitachi ACs and big centralised vents to control the airflow as per your needs. During the day you need to use the Centralised Aircon instead of overhead ones which in my opinion is sufficient.
