Narang Hotel & Restaurant — Hotel in Hanumangarh

I got stay at Narang hotel for my official work. Rooms are good and clean. But there is some issue During winter its very cold and there is no arrangement for room heating and proper blanket. Thanks to my wife who forced me to bring extra blanket When you are booking room with MAP plan which include breakfast and lunch/dinner, there is no buffet system you have to order food with only thali option. There is no soup included, and limited item you will get and when you ask to change menu there is always a hassle between staff and management. This feels quite embarrassing. During online bookings there was no such kind of condition. So plan stay accordingly. This is quite awkward, this hotel has shampoo and shower gel in push dispensing units. Seriously if someone wants to get shower he has to push for shampoo and shower gel. In other hotels there is always an option with bottles or soaps for the shampoo and shower gels so you need to improve in this.

we recently visited Hanumangarh and planned our stay at this hotel. This place has beautiful interiors and is very clean and nicely maintained .. The staff is also very cooperative they also helped us with parking our vehicle at a safe place . We were late at night while returning to the hotel still they served us with the all we ordered in dinner. The food is delicious . And what i appreciate the most is everything we had in our breakfast and dinner all was tasty and served hot. Coming to the rooms they are really nice and had a nice view from room.The designs made on the ceiling attracted me the most . Location of the hotel is also convenient to easily locate. The attractions like Bhatner fort are also near by. And the main city of Hanumangarh is also not very far from the hotel n transport to commute are also easily available. I visited Narang Hotel tonight with my family for dinner, and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The food was nowhere near tasty — it lacked flavor, freshness. The dishes didn’t feel well-prepared, and the overall dining experience was far below expectations, especially considering the high prices they charge.

Just a few days ago, I had dinner at Emly Hotel, Chandra, and the difference was very clear. The food there was delicious, well-cooked, and full of authentic taste. In comparison, Narang Hotel really needs to improve a lot in terms of taste, quality, and value for money.

Even the ambiance and service here didn’t justify the cost. I truly hope the management takes feedback like this seriously and works on improving their food quality and customer experience.
