There is a reason this has been the #1 hotel on this route for so many years. I think the staff has a lot do do with it, particularly the younger staff and the concierge help.

We enjoyed ! There was an young gentleman in charge of the afternoon lounge service that was more than a bit stuffy and just did not seen to fit in with the rest of the smiling faces that we saw there.

It is VERY quiet, rooms have great air conditioning, the bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The resort is situated a little further from the city. Within 2 minutes walk of the Balaji temple. For the area of Narnaul the hotel is decent. Though there is a need for maintenance. The rooms are big, but need to be cleaned. The bathroom is messy. There was a mound of dust in my room. The sheets are dirty and the pillows need to be changed asap.
