This is a wonderful, beautiful property, vast, expansive to fill your heart. There are few small cons, I hope being a such a new property they'll resolve fast, except may be 300/400mtrs. But the main problem and biggest cons are management - it's managed/hosted by Elivaas, itself a badly managed new company with poor communication, kind of respond every alternate day, nothing on mail. Then just imagine, this company making money even from your food bill and high proportion, they even have operations manager assigned to many properties together procuring supplies for the meal so there bound to be cutting corners and we faced good shortage of foods. No wonder they're desperate to take advance payment for the food even to the last meal even if you're staying at a property for 2/3 nights - bound to be dispute on food bills if people pay later as food quantity/helping goes down and down. Note they're the costliest abong host/manage companies like Hostizzy, Hostsphere, Stayvista even when it's much bigger. Dispute starts from beginning with adamant, atrocious attitude towards customers. Veg or Non Veg all meals are same 2500/- or more as they say 2500 is discounted rate (never officially declared any pricelist whether on menu or elsewhere). Problems are even more for Vegetarian people going with Nonvegetraian people, 3 curry option includes even daal note, and for nonveg people there's chicken, 3 curry can't be provided for veg people only 'One dal option, one veg/paneer option' as per Dheeraj who started treating customers like 'teaching them a lesson' all the time. Then some senior Anupama intervened and said and SHE will give dal two veg and chicken for the first day but won't give the next day as if she is doing charity to customers who ensures their salary from the business they provide. Obviously even the first day we never touched the paneer dish provided at lunch, the extra veg and asked not to provide from dinner onwards to save Elivaas more money. But this is just the ip of the iceberg, evening snack 18/20 small chicken nuggets for 8 people, we paid for 2 NV + 2 V options, 11/12 pcs of small chilli chicken the next day so on and so forth and it boiled down 8/9 chicken pieces in the last dinner so only 4/5 people had chicken, rest daal and a veg. The cook Deepak all along said whatever is supplied by Sachin the operations manager Elivaas, whom we could never seen after first day (meaning he procured once), he is cooking that only and promised after every meal he will report, but never improved and quanity went down and down. But mostly vegetarians going with nonvegetarian be aware you're only get a daal and a veg or 2 veg only, even if it's 2500/- you pay, not even raita they'll provide. Only Gulab Jamun as dessert, first day it was very good, next day it was atrocious and after lunch none touched them at dinner, and the cook said what has been procured by operations manager had been given. This is not all, they take security deposit, in our case it's 25000/- stating it's refunded within 2 days. After 2/3 day I had to remind them for it and got reply they'll be procesing it and after sometime Manas wrote ' Refund has been processed and shall take 3-4 working days to appear in your account.' After 4 days when I asked them where is the refund, the Dheeraj 'Sir, your refund is in process but is currently on hold as the required IDs have not been received. Requesting you to kindly share them at the earliest.'. So even in 9/10 days we haven't got the refund of 25000/-, surely smells of something which you all know. Now to these IDs, they provided a link where I've uploaded 3/4 IDS after which it stopped taking, such was the technical issue. Then asked to provide all IDs in a whatsapp group of some 8/10 people, which is not only illegal as per RBI and ministries as there's chance of misuse so I haven't provided on this whatsapp group as per Govt directives of never sharing IDs on open platform.
