Hotel Classic Residency — Hotel in Haryana

I booked this place for my son's first birthday. They have the most rude and ignorant managers. They only want to get money by creating all different kind of issues and they kept arguing with me in front of our guests. They don't care about their guests' respect and have a very bad attitude towards their customers.

I booked the place over a month before and gave them half the amount in advance.I asked them about all the details and we told them that we will inform them if we wanted to get decorations from their decorators and liquor in our party. About 2 weeks before the function we mentioned that we will get our own decorator and they asked us extra money for that.

About the liquor it was even worse, they said they would need to get a license in my name which they will apply for with extra money. I gave them the amount that they demanded in cash. They provided me the liquor license just 1 hour before my function which was printed a day before and asked me to get the liquor from only 2 stores adjacent to them that were mentioned on the license. I was not informed about these conditions when I asked them to get liquor license or when they asked me to hand over the cash. Not to mention I met these guys atleast 3 times earlier that day as well but they never informed me about any such stipulations. When we went to the liquor store that they suggested, the liquor store shopkeeper would not provide us the liquor without talking to the hotel management. My dad(aged over 60) and me had to wait for at least 2 hours there before we could get to the function. By this time, my guests had already arrived and then one of the manager Mr Vinod asked me to come to the parking lot and in front of our guests he kept arguing with me to buy more liquor quantity from his suggested store although earlier nothing like this was mentioned to us.

My function was supposed to be over by 11 PM and they did not start the dinner till 9:45 and that too after arguing with my mom. Some of my guests have already left by then.

I would not suggest this place to anyone for any...

We were a group of 15 family members who planned a get together after years.||||Classic residency was one of our shortlisted properties to visit but quite low when we arranged rankwise. But somehow my gut feel said that this would be a very good choice.||||I spoke to Mr. Dharmender at Classic Residency and then I started contacting the other properties.||Our top priority was a flawless experience and after I was finished with trying to make a booking, classic residency became my first choice.||Dhamender Ji was the most cooperative manager I have ever met. I never heard him say a No(but everything comes at a cost).||||The package was absolutely customised as per our needs. We booked 6 super deluxe rooms.||We checked In on Dec 26 and believe me, right from check in to the check out next day, everything was well taken care off.||||Sanitizers available all around the property. So nothing to worry||||The rooms were very comfortable. Every room had a sofa cum bed, which proved to be absolutely great for a big group like ours. There already was an extra blanket kept in the almirah. Towels, shampoo, body was already in place.||||A few small glitches were there in a room eg the flush wasn't working fine but bingo, the staff served with a smile, tried to make mends and when it could not happen within 10 minutes, changed the room with a smile.||||We were given more than required privacy during meals and during our drinks session. We almost had the terrace exclusively for us(there were other guests in the resort too).||||A few surprise inclusions like not charging for a couple of cups of tea, an extra plate of salad during a meal, the staff coming forward to serve the kids from the buffet spread just to keep us comfortable are a few out of the many things that widened our smile🙂||||A big thumbs up to one of the most dedicated hospitality teams I have come across at Classic Residency.||||I would...
