My stay at Hotel Iris in Nārnaul had its ups and downs. While there were some positive aspects, a few issues left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied.

Firstly, the hotel charges above the MRP for every product. For instance, a soda bottle that costs 20 rupees was charged at 50 rupees. This kind of overpricing is frustrating and feels unfair to guests.

Secondly, the room pricing was initially misleading. The maximum price for a super deluxe room is advertised as 1800 rupees, which should include all taxes. During checkout, I was told that if I wanted an official bill, additional taxes would apply. However, after some discussion, I did manage to get the bill without paying extra charges, which was a relief.

It's worth noting that the rooms are significantly cheaper when booked online through platforms like Goibibo. Booking directly with the hotel ended up being more expensive. I stayed for 4 days and paid over 10000 rupees, which seemed high for the services provided.

On a positive note, the hotel offers free WiFi, private parking, and rooms with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. The staff, while not always cooperative, did eventually provide the necessary bill.
