Hotel Pallavi West — Hotel in Haryana

I was in Chandigarh recently and needed a budget place to stay at. I found this amazing hotel which is in Panchkula that is just on the outskirts of Chandigarh. I'm amazed with their services. They have these great beautiful and clean rooms which are as comfortable as it can get. The washrooms are very clean. Also, they have an amazing restaurant/cafe (falcon cafe lounge) which offers multiple cuisines. I loved all the meals. They have a lovely bar as well, I had amazing cocktails. They serve hot and fresh breakfast in bed too. Ioved their room services. And their breakfast buffet is totally amazing, they have so many options at just INR199. Who could have imagined, right? Not only this, for all the parents out there, this is the perfect place because they have a play area for kids as well called Pitter Patter, in there they have all sorts of games for all age groups at very reasonable prices. Video games, sand game area, doll houses, ball courts, remote cars and what not. You can have a drink or two in the restaurant while your kid enjoys in their Dreamland. There's a foosball table for you to enjoy as well. This is an amazing hotel for a stay whether you're on a business trip or a vacation, it has everything that one an ask for at very reasonable prices. Couldn't find a single...

this time the stay was average, this is third time that I had stayed in this property but this time didn't had good experiences. otherwise hotel is as very good location rooms were very spacious , property is little old so our bathroom toilet hand faucet was not working properly. Room service is slow food menue is expensive I had ordered some platters from the menu which they barely understand and prepare wrong order first than no salad was served with 350+ and 450+ roasted food platter. Even on escalating the same to owner nothing happened infact he was very rude and rigid and says that they don't serve any salad along with roasted platters ! Bed was not attached to the wall and tiles were slippery so whenever I sit along with the wall on my bed it's slips so I had had requested for a mattress to be put on floor and explained my concern but next day they charged me for extra bed !!! later they removed it but still this is not very professional. Even complementary water bottles were not provided and they just served RO...

So was in Panchkula today and happened to visit at Falcon Cafe, Panchkula.

Have been to a lot of Cafes but this newly opened one was kind enough to treat us in a way that the experience was an amazing one.

The food, presentation and the ambience of the place were complimenting each other and staff was really humble which I have found at a handful of places.

So, If you are in or around Panchkula, I definitely recommend you to drop by and have some amazing time with your bunch of buddies. The experience will be a memorable one for sure.
