We had travelled a long way from manali and were super tired and were trying to book for a room online in this hotel but it was not working but finally the staff there noticed that and accomodated us in the last available room. One of the worst experience I faced at this hotel initially I was offered a room but height of non sense when they see that I had a British passport they refused saying we do not give hotel to Britishers. I showed them that I had all valid documents like visa and without valid reason you cannot refuse. I am an Indian by origin.
