Very poor service Lift shut down at night No staff for tea coffee in the morning Worst service When we complaint then the owner dad (MR J P singla)decline the money because of service and the manager didnt come in front and theMr singla said we already having problem with the manager(sardar) dont know the name

But be a genuine person We used hotels internationally already and next day we checked out from your hotel and checked in UmRao hotel which is 100 times better than yours place If you would like to check, go and check with them or i can send you the bills Its not about money

We booked the hotel for 10 days for my wedding for the foreigner guests from Italy and Ireland in February 2025, even though the hospitality was good and the staff was kind and well behaved, i would give zero out of 5 for the cleanliness, i have seen sand in the mats outside the bathroom doors, dust everywhere on the table surfaces and the bed headrests, bathroom floors will become black if you walk barefoot even after every day cleaning, one of my guests from Ireland has seen a fat rat in the breakfast room, they didnt want to eat there at all and even after the complaint for 10 days, there wasn’t anything done about it except for a sorry. The wifi is worse than any other weak network in the whole country. Went to Jind for friend's marriage and had one night stay there. During this covid period one can easily see how rules are being flaunted. Room service was very poor.
