We have come here many times in the beginning they give good room at good rate but when you come again suddenly increase the rate and start cheating our experience has been very bad because it is in the middle of the market so we booked But every time they give a messy dirty and smelly room, if asked to change, then they argue first, then the rest of the rooms shown are even worse, they try to take money from us by making a wrong bill that when we checked Wrong bill is made, when we matched the menu, the bill turned out to be wrong, even after that the staff kept arguing with us and wasted a lot of our time, even before check-in, we are warned that there will be no room change, the night is over So we had to take a dirty bed room under compulsion, this has happened with us many times, we have come 6 or 7 times, the bell boy of the hotel was arguing very badly as if he is the owner, the behavior of the reception staff is not good. Even in the time of covid, who would want to risk their lives by taking a dirty room, sofa curtains, beds are really very dirty and smelly in the photo Nothing is as shown, it is not even a one star hotel, but if we look at the maintenance, but they believe that it is a 5 star hotel and the rate is also like 5 star but the service is not like 1 star, bellboy on complaining On the contrary, it tells us that you check everything, the AC of the room, the fridge bed, should it really be like this, if you are tired, you will check in a hotel or want to rest quickly, if we have to see everything, then why are the hotel staff there? One of the most important thing today is safety protocols being followed because of current Covid-19 situation. Hardly any staff member was wearing a mask, no sanitiser kept in the room or on every floor outside the lift, just one single bottle on the reception. If you are giving plethora of guidelines to be followed by the customer then the same should be applied to hotel staff as well.
Second thing is customer service. We had complimentary breakfast in our booking which ends at 10.30 am (as per the staff) We reached the hotel at 10.40 am and asked for breakfast. First he said you can order the breakfast and it will be delivered in the room, then when we said it's complementary then he checked the booking and said it got closed at 10.30 am If breakfast counter/ kitchen is closed then how come he was offering it earlier and when he saw it was complimentary he blatantly denied it!

Read moreI had stayed in the hotel on 14th March 2019 and I had booked the room with MAP Plan and I was charged Rs 550+ taxes extra for MAP plan as compared to CP plan but when I ordered dinner to Room service, I was forced to order a fix menu Thali, but on my raising objection the hotel staff agreed to offer food of my choice but despite paying almost Rs 600 for adding dinner to my package they told me that limit for the same will be Rs 350 only. On my asking about the written communication of Rs 350 limit in terms & conditions of booking voucher, the hotel offered me food of my choice but to my surprise despite paying in advance for dinner, the hotel staff presented bill worth Rs 410 for dinner. So overall very bad and unprofessional experience for me by hotel staff. Special mention the behaviour of the lady at reception was very unprofessional and rude. So anybody booking this hotel should never book MAP plan to avoid this uneasy and embarrassing...
