M. M. Continental — Hotel in Haryana

Since 2017, MM Continental Hotels has consistently been my go-to destination, and I can honestly say they’ve never disappointed me in any way. Whether it’s the food, the hospitality, or the warm welcoming nature of the staff, everything is always perfect. I believe my group is one of the most frequent visitors to this exceptional place, and we’ve experienced everything from hosting large-scale parties to intimate dinners for couples — and each time, MM Continental has delivered flawlessly.

A special shout-out to Mr. Ravi, whose dedication to ensuring every event runs smoothly is unmatched. His attention to detail and understanding of his clients’ preferences always makes every occasion feel unique and personalized. He has an incredible knack for knowing exactly what his guests need and goes above and beyond to make it happen.

Equally deserving of praise is Mr. Vijay, whose hospitality is always top-notch. His courteous nature and impeccable service have left a lasting impression on me every single time I’ve visited. It's rare to find a place where the staff treats you like family, and MM Continental excels in that regard.

From the wide array of dishes, each bursting with flavor and prepared with utmost care, to the consistently high standard of service, MM Continental never fails to impress. The ambiance, the attention to detail, and the genuine warmth of the staff all come together to create an experience that stands out in every way.

I visited the property for a business function but was very disappointed to see the protocol of presentation of dishes. There was no label which states that whether the dish was veg or non- veg. Due to this I ate a non- veg dish. In a 3 star category property we can’t expect negligence to this level. When I conversed with staff about the same, they were very rude and arrogant and defended themselves by saying, humara waiter khada toh hai btane ke liye! I am very worried about the future of hospitality industry when the prestigious university like MMU are doing such negligence. Isn’t the basic protocol of hotel and management not taught in their institution whether to classify the dish, veg or non-veg, is important! We , Indian’s are very religious and feel guilty if we eat non veg just because of the negligence of hotel staff. This wasn’t expected at all by such a leading university’s hotel. Very disappointed not...

We had recently booked MM Continental for my wedding.....and what an amazing experience 💝 Manager-Mr Vikas and Mr Prince were so cordial,friendly & accommodating...we had the problem,he had the solution.

Staff-amazing,amazing,amazing...5 star to them.we shifted our luggage and belongings thrice from room to wedding hall.and the staff with no complaints whatsoever was spot on in their work.food was being served with love,and no guest was left unattended.

Food- no words to express.....methi malai matar was the winner.guests were so happy,the continuously appreciated that the enjoyed the food on their respective table....staff was lovingly serving them on their seat.whereas the arrangement was buffet.

Bedi was set up near the pool,the evening function included coffe and snacks.and that was complimentary in our booking.
