OYO Flagship 30895 Hotel Taj Regency — Hotel in Haryana

First thing they charged us 200rs extra just bcz we were couple even we gave them proper ID documents. second thing they switched off the Ac by saying that the light has gone but actually there was no power cut of electricity rather everything was working as normal except Air conditioner... i told them 3 times to bring the shampoo and soap after that they gave.. they didn't had blankets in their rooms i literally asked for blanket 2 times everytime they said yes we are sending.. they sent blanket on 3rd call. We ordered our dinner from zomato and we asked for Cutlery they denied by saying we dont have Cutlery even they have their menu card for food so Lol yr. seriously how can someone be so ruthless to their customers. i dont have any personal issue with the owner. this the worst experience i have ever had.. this type of hotels making image down of OYO ... this type of OYO hotels should be removed from...

I was denied check-in at the hotel as the property owner was asking for more money than the booking price shown in OYO app. Thanks to ouo customer service they paid the difference amount to the hotel I coul checkin There was no Remote for ac and the ac was hardly working also the tv wasn't working due to end of subscription. The hotel charged extra amount even even for packed MRP items like water bottle saying that they had to pay GST. Worst oyo...

A nice budget hotel with almost all the amenities which are required these days. My stay was comfortable and was short and didn't face any issues.

Except the breakfast quality was poor. Since I had to checkout early I was served Maggi and that was smelling so bad.

Apart from this, you can choose it for smooth, comfortable and stay in the heart of the city. 700mts distant from station and 200mts...
