Probably the only branded hotel in Morni Hills. It took some time to find a decent hotel for family stay in a good location. Other option one can try are the Haryana tourism resorts, one near the Tikkar Taal & other near the Fort (Mountain Quail). Mountain quail appeared good but far from lake.
Coming to Regenta, reaching it is easy by just following the maps. Roads are ok, except for a village patch.
I booked a suite for stay being 4 members, other option was family room. Though it was called a suite the rooms were small so I checked the family room. The rooms were bigger with 2 proper queen bed but no balcony or view. So settled for Suite, with living room having convertible sofa cum bed. If bigger room with proper bed is the need then go for family room.
Pros: Location: near to lake, waterfall & adventure park. View was very nice, overlooking Tikkar Taal & mountains Bedsheets clean & bed was comfortable Food is decent Bfast spread not large but nothing much to complain. Food mostly prepared fresh Mr. Bunty is exceptional in Restaurant, kept a very good watch on need of every guest. Balcony is useful but a larger one would have been great Bathroom was clean 2 TV
Cons: Limited parking, so in case of full occupancy space not enough but on most days it's fine. Bathroom very small and doesn't at all justify suite rooms Suite Rooms are small and don't justify it to be called as suite No helper available on arrival to manage luggage, front desk can do better for guests reaching after a long journey. Though some one from front desk only came to help but actual person was not thr. Construction on going for expansion, so stay careful with kids Swimming pool also under construction No play area or playing items (frizbe, badminton, carom, etc) Room service is slow Balcony needs cleaning Lot of flies (can't keep the balcony door open despite nice weather outside) Kitchen just above suite room, lot of noise at night due to movement of furniture or other items. Lot of gas smell in balcony (Coming from Kitchen) Seepage in wall near bathroom (grouting needs to be done in washroom to prevent it)
Overall a decent stay without much complain, above cons are mostly observations which if improved can make the place...
Read moreRegenta Hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay, especially for short trips to Morni Hills. The rooms were well-maintained, the ambience was inviting, and toiletries were excellent. The cafeteria had a cozy charm, and the staff were generally supportive and courteous. Food ranged from okay to good, and the pleasant weather during our visit added to the overall experience.||There were a couple of service-related issues: on 15th August, service was slow—likely due to high occupancy. A tea order wasn’t fulfilled even after a 30-minute wait and had to be canceled. Also, room cleaning was missed the next day after a full-day outing to Morni Hills.||We didn’t take solo pictures of the hotel since most of our photos included family and friends, which we prefer not to share publicly. However, the images of rooms, suites, reception, and pool shown on Regenta’s official page are accurate—our experience matched what was depicted online.||Despite these minor setbacks, Regenta stands out as one of the best options for a day or two in Morni Hills. It’s a better choice compared to other nearby hotels or resorts like Morni Hill Resort or Morning Quail, thanks to its overall ambience, supportive staff, and value for money||Rating is 4.5 as...
Read moreWe had to leave Delhi at 5.30 am on Independence Day as our locality falls in the "sealed off after 6 am" areas . So we reached this property at 11 am despite taking it very easy . It was way before the check in time but taking in consideration my 91 year old Mom , they quickly prepared a room so that she could recover from her journey . We are a surgeon couple and had booked a two night stay . A few hours after check in we were informed our presence was required urgently back in Delhi the next day . So we curtailed our trip and handed over our keys well in time the next day for any on the spot arrivals . The hotel was fully occupied . We did it out of courtesy and did not expect any refund at all . But we were given back our deposit for the unused day . Now we understand this is a corporate chain hospital and these out of the way concessions are just not done at the front desk . But it was done with all grace and politeness . We deeply appreciate the extraordinary sense of hospitality . Keep it up . Our best wishes .||BTW the sunset views...
