Aangan Regency — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

This is one of worst hotel room I ever I stayed here on 24th & 25th August and it was a nightmare. I had booked 1 room, and this is what I experienced: Bedsheet was wet and dirty. Poop left in the washroom – zero cleaning done. Telephone was not working. Room gate had no lock, unsafe to stay. Bed was full of hairs from previous guests.

When I complained repeatedly, the General Manager shamelessly said: “You only paid 200 advance, so you’ll get this kind of room.”

The receptionist was clueless and untrained, arguing instead of helping. After forcing them, I was shifted to another used and unclean room. Even there: • Bedsheet had to be changed only after I shouted. • No water supply, flush broken, completely unhygienic.

We couldn’t even take a bath and had to leave early. At checkout, the staff turned into goons, with rude and arrogant behavior.

This is not just bad service – it is filthy, unsafe, and unprofessional. I would call it “worse than worst experience”.

We held a private party in this hotel, I’m not into writing reviews or post feedback’s but there was this one incident where a bunch of 5 or 6 drunk local men who created a whole ruckus and created nuisance inside the restaurant. Firstly I was shocked to see the behaviour of these locals because whenever I’ve visited shimla I’ve never come across such ill mannered people. They tried to misbehave even with us and tried to ruin our party. But thanks to the staff of the hotel who put their foot down with these drunk goons and showed them the doors outside.
