I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding my recent stay at Caravan Camps Shimla. My experience fell far short of expectations and left me deeply dissatisfied with the quality of service provided.

During my stay from [dates], several issues arose that significantly impacted my enjoyment and comfort:

Hygiene and Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the accommodations were not properly cleaned. There were visible signs of dust and dirt in the living area and bathroom, which was unacceptable given the current health standards.

Maintenance Problems: The facilities appeared neglected and in need of maintenance. For instance, [specific issue, e.g., leaking faucets, broken appliances, etc.] were present and were not addressed promptly despite notifying the staff.

Customer Service: The staff's responsiveness to complaints was inadequate. Requests for assistance were met with delays and sometimes outright negligence, which added to the frustration of an already unpleasant stay.

Noise and Disruption: The environment did not provide the peaceful experience promised. Noise disturbances from neighboring camps or inadequate soundproofing made relaxation difficult and disrupted sleep.

Misleading Advertisement: The amenities and services advertised did not match the reality on-site. Promised features such as [specific amenities] were either unavailable or not as described, which was misleading and disappointing.

Considering the amount paid for accommodation at your facility, I expected a higher standard of service and facilities. However, the overall experience was marred by these issues, leading to a significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution to these concerns. Specifically, I am requesting a refund of [amount] or a complementary stay to make up for the disappointing experience.

Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint at your earliest convenience and provide a timeline for when I can expect a resolution. I can be reached at [your contact information] to discuss this matter further.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take appropriate action to address these concerns and prevent similar issues from affecting future...

Rating: (10/10) I had an absolutely magical experience staying at this riverside camp in Shimla! πŸŒ²β›ΊοΈπŸŒŠ The peaceful sound of the river, the fresh mountain air, and the warmth of the campfire made it a truly unforgettable escape from the hustle of daily life. A special shoutout to Mr. [Anil Kumar-Owner]– the heart of this beautiful place. He personally picked us up and dropped us at Hira Nagar, treated us like family (just like his own children!), and made sure we felt completely at home. His kindness and hospitality made our trip extra special. The camp also has a free music system, which made our evenings even more fun and memorable – dancing by the bonfire with good vibes and great company was the highlight of the trip. The food was delicious and homely, the staff were warm and helpful, and the tents were clean, cozy, and perfectly located beside the calming river. Thank you once again, Mr. Anil Kumar. Highly recommended to anyone looking for peace, nature, and heartfelt...

After watching videos on youtube and reading reviews on google I visited this place.

Pros- -Good ambience -U can sit under the open sky and have food and drinks and the sound of running water adds that feel in the ears. -Neat and clean Rooms -Very helpful staff (big thumbsup to them) -The female owner is very nice, she personally visited us and asked us about our experience(people writing bad reviews about her is totally false) You can setup ur own tent also.

Cons- -Washroom was out of water from 3am in the morning till 9am. -They have 3 BIG dogs (I am not a dog lover so personally I got scared after seeing their size. But I guss they provide securityπŸ˜›) Food was very basic -No bonfire (As the owner told us that it rained very heavily that day so the woods were all wet) -The way to the camp is not good. No proper roads.

Overall it was a good experience. U must be in a group to enjoy more...

A decent place for those get-togethers with family & friends. The location is almost 1.5 hours of drive from Shimla city, has narrow roads for around 5-7 km. Not preferred during rainy weather as the road gets very slippery. The location is quite vast & good. They have camps for rent & restaurant as well. The food quality was quite average, and the prices were high, as one can expect at a distant location like this. What we didn't like was the entry fee of Rs. 200-300 just to enter their open ground. There's nothing so special to see except for their tents, open ground, and a small water stream (which is mostly dirty) flowing near the ground, hence the entry fee is not justified as per my experience. However, the location is good enough for small parties.

This place is few kilometres away from Main town Shimla.I went here along with my family, I had a lovely experience here. For visiting this place you need to get a entry for 200rs which I think is justified. They have a water stream, a big ground where you can enjoy .Tents are good and in good condition.Food quality is good ,fast and reasonable and though staff is very polite and co-operative.I didn't stay their overnight,so can't comment on further services.overall it is a good place to hangout and chill with your friends and family.
