This was hands-down the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. I placed a clear order for a specific pizza, but they gave me something completely different and acted as if it didn’t matter. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff simply ignored me—no apology, no offer to fix it.

The pizza itself was a disaster: the shape wasn’t even close to round, the base was bland and soggy, and there was zero real cheese flavour—just a strange, cream-like paste with absolutely no taste. The box it came in looked filthy even though I brought it home exactly as they packed it, so the mess was theirs, not mine.

To make things worse, they took an unreasonably long time to prepare this awful pizza and still charged ₹260, which is outrageous for something so poorly made. Totally unhygienic, completely careless, and a total waste of money. I will never order from Heaven Hotel Theog again and strongly advise others...
