Wonderful Stay at Hotel Kaithli Hills, Shimla!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kaithli Hills, Shimla, and it was a fantastic experience!

Location: The hotel is beautifully nestled in the serene hills of Shimla, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and lush greenery. It’s conveniently located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while still enjoying a peaceful retreat away from the city’s hustle.

Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The cozy ambiance, comfortable bedding, and well-equipped amenities made the stay even more pleasant. Housekeeping was prompt and ensured that everything was fresh and tidy throughout my visit.

Food: The food at the hotel was absolutely delightful! From local Himachali delicacies to North Indian and continental options, every meal was delicious and well-prepared. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, with fresh and flavorful choices to start the day right.

Service: The hospitality at Hotel Kaithli Hills was exceptional. The staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.

The hotel was a pretty good location surrounded by Hills. View from roof top was pretty good. Cost wise it is pretty reasonable if you directly all the hotel. However he said he will charge extra for providing Bill's. Also, make sure you are clear with the guy Rakesh on what you need for Breakfast as they will provide just 1 item otherwise. Rakesh is pretty good but the one of the other guy is pretty rude. The service is pretty bad as they don't provide water or shampoo and they dont really understand meaning of service. The Aloo Parathas and Tomato soup was pretty good. Also, the room that we got was clean and big with 2 queen size bed (1 from the folding sofa bed). The bathroom had good quality fittings but the shower area was not separate and the drain wasn't good..so, there was water all around in bathroom. The guy did not even have a bathroom mat outside and when asked gave a shoe mat Also, I would suggest to book at a location in Shimla. This is like 30 minutes...

We had a truly wonderful experience staying here! The rooms are spotless, thoughtfully designed for comfort, and equipped with everything you might need. The food is absolutely delicious, and the room service is prompt and impeccable.
