Hotel Roop — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

The room which I got for staying was not clean. Firstly the back side of the hotel has a big jungle. And from there many insects always come into the room. The bin which was in the room was mostly unclean. Previous boarders waste dirty things that fill the bin. They don't give us a clean bin. The pillow covers were dirty. So much water fell from the AC. Rooms are spacious, but AC doesn't work properly, water was dropping continuously from there. Doors make disgusting noises, pillows and bedsheet are dirty. Non-veg food items are unavailable. Foods are also average, basic food item like Tandoori Roti was extra burnt. Cockroaches, spiders and other insects keep on entering room and bathroom. Staffs are helpful though. If you are going through the NH way, this is a good place for food and accommodation. Even in the middle of the night, they are available to serve you to give you the best.
