The Good The room was clean, the porter was friendly and the view of the river is nice, as was falling asleep to the sound of the river.

The Bad Loads of stairs and no elevator access. Also there was no complementary bottled water and needed to ask for extra towels, sheets and toilet paper.

The Ugly Due to a computer issue needed to wait in the heat for the restaurant bill even though I could see the total on screen, (staff didn’t apologize for the delay). The power switched off during the night and since there is no backup generator this meant that we couldn’t sleep due to the heat/humidity. Our driver was also not allowed to use the restroom, which is just atrocious

In summary, nice view of the river but not worth the price if the power and computer systems aren’t working, also not the most accessible hotel due to the...

This happened to be my personal trip to shimla n we stayed for one night in a super deluxe ac room ..the room was so unhygienic and stinking...the washroom though had a new bathtub but was soo smelly that even after putting deos n keeping the exhaust throughout night it was hell!!|Day 2 we shifted to standard room which was a little better but the bedsheets had holes the blankets were dirty smelly ..| the worst part was the manager who forcefully wanted us to checkout from his place.. the issue was that his housekeeping guys had accessed my room wen we were out...we demanded no cleaning as was explained to this guy at the reception so instead of apologising this man wanted us to checkout..i have never had a worse exprience than this in my whole life..Please avoid this place HOTEL...

Well..had a wonderful stay at the property which I came across as soon as I got down at old bus stand rampur

Pretty good location..u have satluj river flowing at back side which offers a serene view. Food was good too and budget friendly and almost all items were available.had only vegetarian food Rooms were clean and well maintained with hold and cold water available throughout the day. Only downside is stairs at the property which can be problematic to elders as you have to climb down the stairs to reach rooms. Will definitely come back if I want a stay in...
