We normally stay a night in Una whenever we head to Himachal, whether it’s towards Palampur and Dharamsala or to Manali. It helps break journey and eases driving. This time was our first visit to this hotel and what a pleasant experience it turned out to be. From the very helpful, smiling and beaming Vijay Chauhan who showed us the property before we checked in and then who later took care of us throughout, to the friendly management and staff our saty was a breeze. ||The food was nice, they have a bar, the service was excellent as was their attention to detail to the point they didn’t need to be told if the cars could be cleaned they already had a chap on the job for all the guest vehicles parked there. ||The rooms were clean and comfortable and location just right whether one wants to head to Manali via Hamirpur or onward to Palampur. || Their hospitality, eagerness to be of service, friendliness and overall professionalism was great to see and experience. Hotel Suvidha Palace truly stands to it's name to provide you all the "Suvidha". The location is prime as it's adjacent to the road, has ample parking space, beautiful clean and well maintained rooms along with Fantastic Service. The Reception and Room service is quick and prompt and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and cozy. All amenities are provided with a mini fridge, kettle, safe, hair dryer, heater etc. The food is good too and can be customised as per your liking. The portion for food is also good for sharing with 2-3 people with ease. Cleanliness is maintained and market access is incredibly easy. Lifts work perfectly fine and Ambient lighting is provided at all times. The price point is also good and affordable range is available for booking the rooms.

Very bad food quality i am very much dissapointed from today's brakefast. There was a rubber band found inside my paneer paratha when i was eating it. If u r going to stay in this hotel plz go on your risk they can give u anything to eat. Along with this poor food quality staff behaviour is also a big issue of this hotel staff is not gentle in greeting and talking. The recrecept staff is behaved like they are sitting at counter of a wholesale shop. Overall a very bad expirance. Suggest not to stay in this hotel. it would be better for...
