Jai Hotel & Restaurant — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

I came from kinghills travel agency from Pune. I don't want to give any ⭐ to this hotel.also it's banquet hall or hotel not for stay .Very bad room service I called at 6:30 am morning for drinking water didn't get it in my room until I called at reception at 7:45am then drinking water they gave. We reached hotel at night 11:20 pm as hotel is located in village or we can say jangal . Location is very bad 😞. We had buffet dinner included in our hotel package. After fresh up we went for dinner at 11:45pm . All good was cold not even reheat for us . Infact were asking should we close the buffer counter ? Food quality was like leftover food of merriage or any function. Geezer was also not working water was not hot at all. Don't go to this cheap hotel .no toilet paper, no tea kit nothing provided. The stay was 10/10. We were a group of 8 people from Kolkata visiting Palampur for the first time. Starting from the courteous and attentive staff, the spectacular and spacious rooms with all the basic amenities, the mesmerizing view from the balcony will make your stay truly impeccable.
