I recently stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel was fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain range. I specifically chose Palampur to escape the crowds of MacLeodganj, and this hotel's location served that purpose perfectly.
We were staying in a superior room with a spacious balcony and a stunning view. The rooms themselves were incredibly spacious, and the modern interior design added a touch of elegance. The bathroom was also quite large, providing ample space for our needs.
In terms of dining, the breakfast buffet spread was limited but satisfactory. On the first day, breakfast was served on order, but on the subsequent mornings, it was a buffet spread. The food was non-spicy, and the portion sizes were decent. While it may not have been the most extensive selection, it was still enjoyable.

It would have been more convenient if the hotel had a spare or duplicate key on hand, as losing a key can happen to anyone. It would have been helpful if they had foreseen this possibility or at least provided a warning in advance.
Despite this setback, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality added to the overall positive experience and made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.
In conclusion, I would recommend this hotel to others who are seeking a well-located and comfortable accommodation in Palampur. The stunning views, spacious rooms, and friendly staff make for an enjoyable stay. Just be cautious with the room keys and ensure their...
