I recently stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel was fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain range. I specifically chose Palampur to escape the crowds of MacLeodganj, and this hotel's location served that purpose perfectly. We were staying in a superior room with a spacious balcony and a stunning view. The rooms themselves were incredibly spacious, and the modern interior design added a touch of elegance. The bathroom was also quite large, providing ample space for our needs. In terms of dining, the breakfast buffet spread was limited but satisfactory. On the first day, breakfast was served on order, but on the subsequent mornings, it was a buffet spread. The food was non-spicy, and the portion sizes were decent. While it may not have been the most extensive selection, it was still enjoyable. One aspect that left us disappointed was the hotel's policy regarding room keys. Unfortunately, we misplaced our physical key during our stay, and as a result, we were required to pay 1200 INR for its replacement. It would have been more convenient if the hotel had a spare or duplicate key on hand, as losing a key can happen to anyone. It would have been helpful if they had foreseen this possibility or at least provided a warning in advance. Despite this setback, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality added to the overall positive experience and made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. In conclusion, I would recommend this hotel to others who are seeking a well-located and comfortable accommodation in Palampur. The stunning views, spacious rooms, and friendly staff make for an enjoyable stay. Just be cautious with the room keys and ensure their safekeeping.

I am extremely happy that i picked this hotel over any other hotel in palampur to stay at. This was a family trip and we booked three Camellia rooms. We were delighted by the quality, service and interiors. The staff was super responsive and highly professional. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. Food tastes great as well. Very well located, just conveniently distanced from Palampur. From one of our rooms we had dual view - Mountains and Tea Gardens both. Thanks to Mr. Kapil and Mrs. Neha for taking care of us. Just One suggestion - The breakfast menu is apt and covers all the needs however it gets repetitive for a person staying for long. So just throw in few more dishes or shuffle more.

Oh, what a property! I loved my time at Villa Camellia. Actually it was my little brother's wedding and the bridal party hosted us at Villa for 3 days. And what an absolute pleasure it was. Kiran was our SPOC and she managed all the arrangements like a master. Completely impressed by her creativity, professionalism and calm attitude. The food was delicious, all courses that we had. Rooms are very spacious with beautiful wallpapers. the washrooms are quite nice - in size and hygiene. The Villa itself is so scenic, surrounded by their own tea garden, and mountains in the distance. Our pictures have come out beautiful as well :) Thanks and my best regards to the team at Villa Camellia. Keep shining!

Stayed in this property for 2D/2N on our way from Manali to McLeod Ganj and sharing my experience.|The Good - |1. Location of the property, conveniently located on Palampur Road, with tea gardens in the backyard.|2. The room size is spacious (Super Deluxe Mountain View with Balcony) with a clear view of Dhauladhar Peaks overlooking an open garden|3. Cleanliness is good, both in rooms and overall.||The Ok -|1. Food was good but the first day they didn't have breakfast buffet so it was made to order, no complaints there though.|2. Staff were courteous but cold in their behaviour except the supervising manager who looked enthusiastic.|3. The bathroom was bit dimly lit that made it appear dirty, request to look into this.||The Bad -|1. Considering Palampur is an offbeat destination, the price charged seemed on the heavier side.||There was something missing in the overall stay, perhaps because of less visitors as it was weekdays and nothing specific that would make the stay memorable.||Anybody visiting Palampur can opt for this if the stay is short because except Bir Billing and Baijnath Temple, Palampur per se has nothing...
