Pathetic experience. I went there with my rider friends for a 2 days trip. We were 20 people. Items were missing at the time of dinner in the menu as the property incharge Mr. Swamy denied from his verbal commitment and was only focusing on the details he shared prior to it. In the breakfast which was considered to be buffet had only Parantha and Curd. When we asked for butter his staff said it’s not included in the package 🤣. Here also he denied his verbal commitment of giving us extra items in breakfast. After all this we asked him that we’re leaving the property and won’t stay for the 2nd day and the reviews will be harsh for such poor and pathetic services. He then came proposing to have free Lunch or evening snacks so that the reputation of them can be saved. But the answer was an obvious denial. So we moved out.
Few more things are there:- The rooms are so small that if you’re going with your family then you hardly find any place to keep your luggage. Windows of the room are not properly operational, so be welcoming the bugs and insects to stay with you. The washrooms are clumsy. They’ve overpriced menu that is not even there in the rooms. 2 Boiled eggs is for Rs. 175. 😱 Rs. 30 cold drink for Rs. 90 (300% profit) which is actually against the law. They can’t sell Water Bottle and Soft Drink above MRP.
Note:- I’m attaching the GST paid bill for Rs. 90 and the screenshot of the payment made for that. MOST IMPORTANT POINT- There is no network in the property. Everytime you have to come out your room to access the network even to talk. Nothing like Wi-Fi is there in the property. After half an hour of discussion I was given a dongle which was running...

Regret visiting over there. 1- 4 eggs costed 350/-. 2- Small Cold drink bottle costed 60/- 3- Whatever we ordered was not served properly on table. 4- Hiked Food Price, with 300% margin lolz, and still owner was not satisfied as we asked for consession, and we felt owner was quite money minded. Hospitality was worst like anything, mannerless staff members, no sense to talk, was trying to come in our personal space. As we done with our check-out formalities and reviews. We left the property for another location and sudden after few hours we got the call from 1 of the staff member named ‘Bartan wala ladka’ and call was to threaten us realted the reviews we left and he talked so rude with abusing words which were not tolerable at all. He was threatening us by saying ‘kha phuch gye, apna car number doh and ase kaise likha reviews mai galat and all’ who is he too say us all this stuff after serving so bad to us.    Read moreGuests will respect the property policy if your staff will respect first...There are polite ways to state your policy....we asked if we can pay partial amount and there could have been a polite yes or no after stating your policy but if your staff will say pata ni aap kaise hotels mein rahe ho pehle then who would like to stay there....How do you know ki hum kaise resorts mein rahe hain pehle....I also know how industry runs...I have stayed in Radison blu Mauritius..I have stayed in sunway putra Malasyia....Had a great stay in Symphony palm beach Andaman and many more like these....At none of these we did full payment in advance.I had no issues of paying full amount in advance since ur policy can state that but No body can judge and say pata ni aap kaise hotels mein rahe ho pehle...Anyways it was good that your receptionist misbehaved and we had great time spent at Kufri Pacific Resort and for the information of their policy, guest can pay partial amount and at the time of checkout can pay the rest amount.We paid just 2000 at checkin and paid rest 12000...
