Property is a little far away from your average herd crowd. Has picturesque views all around the property. Rooms are spacious enough with private Balcony and sitting arrangements. Property has provision for bonfire if you want to. There are trails for minor hiking all around the place and I recommend you to explore some while you stay here. I have attached a couple of timelapse, room view, and balcony view videos to give you an approximate idea of what awaits you. The staff is really nice and goes beyond and over to help you and make your stay comfortable. Try to have your own vehicle if possible. Because the property is a little far from the center(not a cons :) ), getting something quick and at will gets difficult. You will be provided a menu for an on-property chef and I found the food to be delicious and hygienic. I really liked the polite hospitality of everyone, specifically Pavan Ji and Abhishek. Pavan Ji fed us lip-smacking food while maintaining great hygiene practices. Always have a genuine smile and eagerness to serve us. It was very kind of him to check on us if we forgot to order dinner or Lunch. Abhishek is a very well-spoken and warm host. He helped us to understand the logistics around the place and was always super reachable whenever we reached him. Had a nice interaction with Kamal Ji while checking out too. Update: Funny thing. I assumed Pavan ji was Kishore. Realized correct names while checking out and corrected in the review above.

Seriously disappointed experience. 1. The staff is very polite on face but they just don't care. They don't have time from PUBG and facebook. If you have any emergency at night (In my case if you need water and the water dispenser is empty.) the staff phone number is on DND after 10 pm. 2. Washrooms : They look fancy from the outside, but actually broken, you get hot water thats good, but you get only hot water(what is that). The owner doesn't even know what is going on. 3. Worst Part : There are cigarette buds in the washroom that in stuck in the corner of the cupboards and the amazing part is i gave my room for cleaning, the staff came in and used my washroom (DIDN'T FLUSH). Then i was told to use one room and use the washroom in another. 4. WHAT NOT TO DO: If you like the view go for sure (that is all it has), but don't pay in advance (the biggest mistake i did). On the same day another guest were checking out, they were so disappointed that they only paid 50% of the amount and the great part is that owner agreed to it.

I'm going to give a very detailed review and feedback for this place because I really really loved my visit and my stay here. To begin with, this place is not very close to the market and to the noise of the town. It's very peaceful here and it's really nice to live in such place. The place is 8kms away from the main market. The road is pretty broken and very narrow, but the drive will be amazing each and every time you come here. The property offers a very pleasant view in the silence of the hills. The sound of birds and insects is all you can hear throughout the day and night. The rooms are so comfortable and equipped with every necessary thing. The washrooms are super clean, hygienic and very well maintained. Even the rooms are very well maintained. The staff here is super nice and polite. They will help you out with each and everything you want with a smile on their face. Even their food was simply the best we had in Kasauli. I want to give them 6 out of 5 star. Sharing few pictures from my stay.

Our three-week vacation in mid-June 2024 to Pine Peak (Kasauli) was a delightful escape from the extreme heat. We rented an entire house with two apartments, perfect for our party of 14, which included some guests who joined us for shorter durations. The property is conveniently located about 5 km on the Sari road, Garkhal, near Kasauli.

Highlights:

• Breathtaking Views: The property boasts a stunning valley view and magnificent morning sunrises, which we thoroughly enjoyed. • Comfortable Stay: The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. • Excellent Service: The caretakers were exceptional, particularly Lucky, who was always helpful and attentive. • Delicious Food: Our cook, Gollu, prepared amazing meals. We only needed to provide a grocery list, and everything was taken care of. • Owner’s Responsiveness: We had a few minor issues, but the owner, Bikram, was very receptive to our feedback and eager to address them.

We rented a Traveller van. Our caretaker, Jettu, arranged that for us, which made traveling around very convenient.

Located around 6-7 kms away from the hustle bustle of the main town. Very calm and peaceful location. Amid beautiful pine trees and clouds you will find this property. We were lucky enough to get upgrade from their another property, Valley Homz to Lalita's Pine Peak for 2 nights. View from the terrace is majestic. Rooms are huge and spacious with an amazing view from the balcony. You can get parking here for your vehicle. Food options are limited and taste is okayish. No other option for any restaurants nearby. Staff was nice and friendly especially Virender and Sunny gave a really nice hospitality. Some of the constructive feedback: One of the bathrooms in the room wasn't functional, shower was broken. There was a rat in the bathroom, visited us once and pooped all over the wash basin's slab, that was filthy and unacceptable. Bathrooms need a little more maintenance and bedsheets need to be cleaner and smell good.

Also, thanks to Mr. Vishal Dhiman to have offered us nice upgrades. Overall it was an excellent experience. Would come there...
