Parag Resort Kasauli — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

This is just a roadside hotel—nothing more. I honestly don’t understand how it has a 4.9 rating on Google. That rating misled me into booking it, and I even paid for two nights in advance.

Food: Very basic breakfast with no choices, and the staff doesn’t seem to care whether you’re happy or not. Limited staffing makes the service experience even more frustrating.

Location: Right on the main road, which makes it noisy.

Room: I stayed in their so-called family suite. While it was spacious and had a balcony, the balcony served no real purpose and didn’t add any value to the stay.

Rooftop: Just exists in photos—there’s nothing in actual

I ended up leaving after just one night despite paying for two. What’s worse is that no one from the property even bothered to ask why I checked out early or offered any courtesy follow-up. Very disappointing...

A great hotel to stay with family! The Premium Rooms were very spacious, nice and clean. The bathrooms were also very spacious but initially we had a problem of only getting ice cold water in the shower which was later rectified. All amenities were provided and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The service was quite slow and the food was average. The breakfast was almost same everyday, which later became quite boring. The location was good as the hotel is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, away from the bustling city area. To reach basic daily needs shops, we had to drive 2 kms everyday, which became a bit cumbersome. All in all the hotel was great and we had an amazing stay! Will surely come...

The hotel is conveniently located on Nahan Road and offers a perfect blend of comfort and hospitality. The ambience is excellent, the food is delicious, and the staff is extremely courteous. A special mention to the front desk team for their warm and welcoming attitude.
