Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

Resort is one of the best at Dharamshala. Our check-in was very smooth. We were late to reach at resort, they were continuously following up with us whether you need any help to reach the resort. When we reached, they were ready with room keys and people for luggage. It took hardly 5 min to do check in.

Resort is on the small hill in the town. They have a golf cart to move inside resort as there is small slope. Resort is very much neat and clean and continuous cleaning work is going on. Rooms are quite spacious, king size bed and then also rooms look big. All rooms have balcony where in the morning you can sit and enjoy. Rooms are tastefully decorated with all facilities you can think of. Bed is very comfortable and good air-conditioning. Night was quite cold so AC was helpful to maintain temperature. Bathroom is of good size, with a heated mirror so in hot shower it doesn't get foggy.

Many time we have taken dinner at the hotel only. They have good variety of cuisine like Indian, Italian, Chinese. Food quality and taste was quite good. They were ready to prepare dishes out of the way also when we requested some dishes which were not in menu. There F&B manager Mr. Dixit was a very helpful person, and ready to help out of the way also. When we asked him for some space for playing, he has opened their banquet hall without any hesitation. Mr. Abhishek the server was very quick and understood our requirement very well. We appreciate his service.

In restaurant daily evening they have singer for entertainment. Singer was having good collection of old Hindi songs. One request, daily same singer and nearly same songs were there. It should be repeated in some day’s interval with some other entertainment programs as we stayed for 3 days and same songs were there all days.

There breakfast was a wide spread. They have many varieties in there breakfast. North, South, continental everything was covered. They have amazing TEA. They boil the TEA and serve. So TEA lover were happy to have this TEA in this type of resort. Mr. Vishal was very helpful and prompt to serve us hot breakfast all the days. One day we have requested for Jalebi and Fafda of Gujrat style in breakfast. Chef was happy to accept the same. Next day they have served hot Jalebi and Fafda. There chef Swaroop who has made Fafda told us that for the first time they have made Fafda. We appreciate their willingness.

Resort has a hot swimming pool where temperature is maintained. so you can enjoy the swimming with good view of the hill in cold weather also. they have some more games and activity room also but we have not used much.

An absolutely blissful stay at the Radisson Blu resort , Dharamshala . Starting from the location of the resort to the room facilities , to the staff and the restaurant everything is amazing. The infinity pool adds to the charm of the resort . It has an amazing view of the entire Dharamshala and is away from the city chaos and surprisingly near to the all the place to visit in Dharamshala . A special Thanks to Miss Shivika , Mr Sushant and Mr Bhaskar .

Miss Shivika guided us really well and her knowledge about Dharamshala helped us to smoothly explore Dharamshala . She , being very helpful in nature , helped us to made us our travel itenary and also helped us to explore the lavish resort . She has immense knowledge and has a very charming nature.

Mr Sushant and Mr Bhaskar are the one which add to the beauty of the resort and cater to the dinning needs of the Guests. They look after the F & B department.

Mr Bhaskar( Executive, F&B) is an amazing person having excellent knowledge about hospitality service. His noble & gentle behaviour won our hearts. He is very approachable and makes sure that all the needs of his guests are fulfilled. Mr Sushant helped us to choose the food which was very delicious to eat . It was absolutely tasty . They both made sure that we could taste the authentic food of Dharamshala as well. The Kangdi Kheru dish was absolutely delicious . Mr Sushant served the food very nicely , also explained us the speciality of the food , what are its ingredients. Also the live music , played by Mr Akhsit and Mr Harsh adds to the charm of dinning. They have very melodious voice and are pleasing to hears. You just feel like keep on listening to them. A delicious Food and a melodious Live music makes your evenings very memorable .

These are the people who add the charm to the stay . They made us feel very comfortable and homely and gave us many wonderful memories .

Beyond 5 stars! Stayed last week at this wonderful hotel. Everything exceeds ones wildest dream of a hotel. For the past many years, I’ve stayed in many hotels / resorts but I would rate Radisson blu higher than many just because of hospitality, location and amazing staff. This hotel/resort is an excellent choice for anybody because of top level facilities and excellent staff make for a brilliant environment. The hotel is meticulous in its planning, providing excellent décor, signage and the like. Importantly, the staff never seemed to be tired of the constant greetings (Namaste). Always prompt and attentive. I feel its all due to amazing leadership quality of Mr. Rajesh Rajpurohit (GM) and Ms. Preeti (RDM). The culture at Radisson blu is amazing and the hospitality and services provided by each staff of the hotel were excellent, they attended us well at all times and we were impressed by their courtesy. We enjoyed our stay and convey thanks to all associated with the hotel. I feel every individual staff is very special at Radisson and thanks to all of them. Although I don’t know names of everyone but Special thanks to Mr. Rajesh and Ms. Preeti as leaders, Ishika, Sahil, Ishan Kaushal, Ishika and Aanchal at Reception, Jitender, Amit, Pankaj and Dinesh at F&B, Anjali, komal and Neha in House keeping who took very good care of my family and friends since check in and check out. We are really impressed as they are highly competent and skilled professionals. Thanks for the memories!
