Resort Eutopia — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

The moment I checked images of this Hotel, I planned to finalize it within seconds. No doubt the exteriors are beautiful. They have a clean beautiful reception, terrace and a few balcon which are beautifully decked. Anyone would be impressed to see it from the outside.||We checked in last minute and got 2 economy rooms both on ground level. The staff was helpful enough to allow us check in early as we reached early in the morning.||Meanwhile while waiting to get into the rooms, we ordered a coffee and a tea which was pathetic and over-priced. We complained for the it there and then even before checking. We were informed that we had our rooms on the last floor which is the lowest one in 7 FLOORS. The last floor was dark + shabby + doors with its plywood and paint peeled off + stained bed-cover and pillows + weird smelling translucent water (only in one room). We complained about the water being smelly and bad to look at as it was difficult to gargle or even wash the face. We were told it might be because the water was treated & had chlorine to which we mentioned about the clear water in another room. Upon investigation, we asked for another room and were shifted to other room, which again was the same - doors with its plywood and paint peeled off + stained bed-cover and pillows. Since we had to be there only for 1 night, we didn't complaint much but it is very strange that I didn't find any such information in any of the reviews. We even decided to have food outside as the price was not very normal plus the room experience made us to skip any meal at the hotel. The staff though was nice and helpful but the property must be taken care of. Mere the sight of the doors of the rooms was a BIG turn off. The rooms were okay, not very dirty but okay.||Not sure about the other rooms of higher category or other floors but those 5-6 rooms in the last floors are not worth the price.||Also, they had game options available which are PAID. Found this very usual because most of the resorts or hotels offer entertainment/gyming/gaming service free of cost when they claim themselves to be a RESORT. ||||Overall a very average place but with a good location as it is secluded. The views from the rooms are not that great. Only the restaurant gives a good view and the rooms facing...

This is the worst place to have food and its wastage of money so expensive I went here with family worst thing is that They donnt have meals like breakfast,lunch,dinner so without having any option you have to oder something from snacks only... Firstly they will give you aquafina mineral water bottle without asking that you want it ir not for which they printed rate is Rs.20 qnd they charged Rs.42.85...than in snacks we odered honechilli cauliflower, 1plate pakora,cardamom tea,Red sauce pasta,butter bread.. I will not Recommend that as they have only showoff with thier good infrastructure that's it... In snacks you will get small bowl of honeychilli cauliflower if you odered full plate which is only sufficient for two person costing Rs 215 than for Red sauce pasta in 1 plate is not even sufficient for 2 person and without Vegetables in it with Red gravy that is myonis costing Rs.215, the worst decision is to oder veg pakoras 1 plate costing Rs.155 having a small plate with hardly 7 to 8 pakoras of not even a small finger size with worst prepration no spices,salt,half cooked, for butter toast they served stale bread made hard without any good butter content costing Rs.110, than we had cardamom tea costing Rs.50 which is like hot water served ... They serve like as they will give us good quality food or services... but that is totaly a fake drama to grab customers ... not satisfied ... as it is the worst decision I have ever taken fir may family to have food It will be better to have food from dhabas atleast you will have yummy food with good quantity and quality as compared to them... please donnt go for it soecialy when u are hungry.. And when you ask for the reason that why are you charging more than MRP for mineral water they donnt have any satisfying answer ..means Today I have spent almost Rs.1000 for no food either quality vise or quantity wise... we donnt mind paying heavy bill amount on good food but here you will not justify your self fir the amount spend.. I am realy in regret that why I have taken my family here in this restraunt... I always give genuin and true feedback to have awareness about this indirect method to save our hardcore earned money atleast from these business men.. Realy dis...

Booked through Indian online booking portal site goibibo for 8 persons and 2 kids, As per their own booking configuration were suggested with 2 family room that can hold 4 persons and 1 kid per family room. Booking done and received confirmation. Listing on goibibo marked as non refundable and fully paid upfront.||||Upon checking and seeing room there is noway room can have 4 adults comfortably sleeping in one room. There was only 1 bed and 1 sofa-bed. When you convert sofa to bed it will be literally touching other bed in room and absolutely no room to walk around in room. When asked how you can have another kid in the room front desk itself said yes it is not possible to have another bed in room as there is no way. It is not college dormitory. We paid good amount for 2 family room around 14K INR.||||Our family were absolutely frustrated at this point and did not want to start searching for another hotel in the area. We asked front to change into 4 single room and paid 3K INR more. ||||Property is advertised as resort but other than kid swing and one pool table there is no other activity at the resort and it is like any multi floor hotel building with just rooms. On top of that you need to pay to use pool table by hour. It was 500 INR per hour. After spending close to 17K for what they calling is resort you still need to pay to use the only thing they have for adult entertainment (Pool table).||||Front desk is very well aware of their listing on goibibo as they asked us to check room upon arrival.
