Overall the experience was gone well n good, but the hospitality and infrastructure was not really good. I disliked the seating arrangement too of restaurant. This is an honest review i have experienced. Hotel Owner Mr. Sachin sir please consider the situation and resolve the issues. Because resort is well n good but restaurant is not good. Hidden charges.... And also also Dinner was expensive. Really Comparatively Hotel Suvidha is far better than Shukrana. I prefer to go Hotel Suvidha...

We were on Devi Darshan trip to Una and we saw this resort on Google with good rating so we just went to check rooms for a night but when we entered it was just eye opener resort. You just named the facility and this resort have that. From Chandigarh to dharamsala no property is as big as it was. Infact in dharamsala also we can't find this much spacious resort.
