Without a second thought, the owner climbed up the hills in the middle of the night just to help us find our way back safely. That level of care and humanity is rare — and it touched us deeply.

And how can I forget Snoopy, their adorable dog! His presence added so much joy and comfort to our stay. From peaceful mornings with a hot cup of chai to starry nights filled with silence, this homestay gave us something we didn't know we needed — pure peace.

Definitely an off beat location. The location is a little ahead of Fagu, but the host Saurav was there to receive us and then we had to off-road for good 6-7kms to reach the destination. The stay is in the middle of the forest/village. The place offers serene views. The rooms are faced to the East, so you get to witness sunrise. Cherry on top is the host's pet dog Snoopy, who was along with us the whole time. The place is very clean and nicely maintained. The host and his friend were always there for any needs and were very proactive and responsive. The food was extremely tasty. They even provided bonfire and played guitar and sang such beautiful songs for US. This place is perfect if you are looking to spend some peaceful time with yourself and your loved ones. You can hear the birds chirping 24/7. The nights are cold and you can stargaze. The also have a hammock on which you can lay and watch the beauty of the mountains and the clouds above you.
