FabHotel Metro — Hotel in Hyderabad

It's not a Fab hotel as claimed but Oyo.

I booked 5 rooms for four days but one of the rooms was not a standard one and not like those in the pics. I had to argue with them the next day to get a better one and they provided it the second day.

I tried to pay bill with the card at the time of check in but the receptionist told they charge extra 2 percent for that which is against RBI norms but since it was mid night and I had elderly people and young children with me I had to oblige. The receptionist seemed quite rude at the time. It was a bit straining. He seemed ok later though.

I again had to ask for bathroom towel and toileteries. They provided only one towel for four days in an executive room. Hot water was not available most of the times in bathroom. The room I stayed was flooded with streetlight during the night.

Rooms were clean , bed and sheets were neat and tidy. Location is in a (gully) street but is very convenient.

Worst experience with this Hotel and manager Pranay. I booked 2 rooms online and talked to him for early check. I even received a mail confirmation for the same. But on reaching the hotel for early check in, Pranay told early check in is not possible bcz he gave the room to someone else. He was very rude and even lied that he never talked to me for early check in. He was just watching Instagram reels in his mobile and provided no cooperation at 6.30 am. Thanks to Fab hotel online support we got another hotel in sometime but it was very bad experience at 6.30 am with my whole family and luggage.

Don't book this hotel at any cost. Worst hotel...

Worst service. We checked in late in the night at 11.30pm as our train reach only by them. I had already informed the arrival time to hotel by afternoon and asked them to keep a room ready. But when we got the room it wasn't prepared for a stay. No toothpaste, no towels, not even a foot mattress near the bathroom. When I contacted the receptionist on duty at that time, he was extremely rude..to cite an example he was pressing the room calling bell continuously without even leaving a gap of one second to show his irritation and that scared our 3 year old child..worst stay and definitely don't prefer if you staying...
