Flagship Hotel R Square — Hotel in Hyderabad

It should never be called as a hotel & totally unfit to get any star or grade.

Absolutely there is no safety in the hotel as the main door lock was tampered & they handed over broken key only before occupying the room. It was not getting locked when I wished to go out. After shouting they changed the room for me from third to second floor.

None of the bed sheets & other linen items were seen detergent or washing ever since the hotel was started it seems & seen totally untidy.

For watching the TV programmes when I switched on the TV, there was no signal from the set top box to TV as its subscribtion was not renewed for the past one month & even after lodging many complaints it was not rectified during my 2 days stay.

In the washroom, the floor tiles were seen broken & it will surely cut if you are not taking any care on your foot. Secondly, the cistern ( flush tank) is not getting water to fill it up & you have to fill it from other tap manually by taking out the lid of that tank. Also the water closet was not at all cleaned by any one and it was seen in blackish color & there was no any trace of water closet brush or something kept nearby to clean it.

Water heater provided in the wash room can not hold more than 2 or 3 mugs of water & its volume is not at all sufficient even to wipe the body of an infant. For any adult if any one wants to take a shower, you need more the half an hour to fill a bucket of water to take a namesake body shower.

None of the room boy came for cleaning the floor or changing the laundary items during my stay of two days.

Over all, this hotel should never be added into the list of hotels or any guest house. Whoever adds it as a hotel whether it is Oyo or any others, they will be neglected by the customers.

It's an average experience, I stayed in room 205, the room smells very bad and there is no key for the room. The incharge person say that, the keys will be coming, I was asking for some other room he said, all the rooms for online booking or filled and there is no more room. The warm light in the room looks like a dungeon and also with bed bugs. The AC is working but no cooling there is a small water heater in the bathroom but the bathroom floor the tiles is broken need to be little carefully with that, note they may ask your ID card and said it will be given back while checking out don't give a ID card ask him to take a photograph of it...

Hotel R square is very convenient you reach, which is next to LB station metro. It is above Savera Wines, the entrance is from side road. Reception is nice looking and the staff are very friendly. Rooms can be cleaned especially the floor bit more. Oral I will say its...
