OYO Flagship Hotel Ragas Inn — Hotel in Hyderabad

I need to vent about my nightmarish stay at OYO flagship Hotel Ragas Inn, which took place from September 23rd to September 25th. I had initially booked the hotel through the Oyo app, paying Rs 1398, but when I reached the hotel, the staff acted as if they had never heard of me and flat-out refused to give me a room. I showed them my Oyo booking details, and they casually informed me that they don't honor Oyo bookings, demanding that I either pay extra or cancel my reservation.

Can you believe it? After a tiring journey, I had no choice but to fork over an additional Rs 600 just to secure a room. And to make matters worse, the room I was given was a complete disaster. It was nothing like the glossy pictures online; it had slippery floors, a lack of soap in the washroom, and bedsheets that seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in ages.

I can't help but be absolutely furious about this ordeal. I sincerely hope OYO takes these issues seriously and improves its standards. As far as I'm concerned, this trip was my first and last experience with OYO. My advice to others: be on high alert to avoid falling victim to such a horrendous hotel...

Horrible experience in the hotel. Do not go by the pictures that have been put up. The guys at the counter are unprofessional, they do not even provide a full bill on payment (shows the transparency in their transaction). The rooms are filthy with pillows and stained sheets and stench being emitted from them. The room had a cigarette bud and dirt all over the floor and we had to insist that it be cleaned. Not even swept and cleaned. The bathroom was in a pathetic state as well and stains all over the toilet seat. We checked out in 3 hours as it was unbearable to continue our stay. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL as u will end up only disappointed. Sharing a few pictures...

One of worst hotels without cleanliness, they won't provide basic needs of customers. After asking multiple times, they gave a small soap, stinky towels and pillow covers. The boy on reception is so rude and he doesn't accept the online booking. Once you enter the hotel he demands for extra money and asks to cancel the online booking which customer get for a discounted price. They never do housekeeping. Bedsheets, quilt and pillows were stinky and had stains on them. Washroom was very bad and slippery. I had a really bad experience in this hotel. I suggest travellers never ever choose this one...
