Treebo Trend Seventh Heaven Hotel Hyderabad, Pathetic.

Worst treebo hotel I ever stayed at.

During my stay they started sudden construction just over my head, they were using a drill machine or something, constant noise made my afternoon a nightmare. Migraine Headache Day

One day there was a marriage function they suddenly started loud music early in the morning at 6 o'clock, again a nightmare also we didn't get the breakfast bcs they had too many guests and breakfast got over before 9:30am.

They provided only idli vadas chutney n sambhar after complaining and it was around 10:45am without plates, packed in polythene bags. It took again 15 mins to get plates n bowls so that we can eat the breakfast. No tea & coffee.

Towels and bedsheets were dirty they changed it after complaining.

Had an amazing stay in Treebo 7th Heaven. The rooms are good and well maintained, staff and management extremely helpful and the location is also very good. Special shoutout to Mr. Dwarak Reddy who was extremely helpful pre, during and post our stay. We had 3 day trip and had booked another accommodation for day 1 and 2 and 3 at 7th Heaven. We had to vacate the first accomodation on day 2 itself due to some issues and had to check in to 7th Heaven on day 2 itself. Mr Dwarak helped us in booking the stay for day 2, getting the rooms ready before we arrived and was always available on call for any help for directions to locate the hotel. After a very bad experience with a different hotel, i stopped believing in the photos being published on the hotel website. However Vinay, Srinivas and the hotel owner showed the confidence that what you saw is what you get and it was exactly true. The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Service was at the best, any requirements and the staff used to get it done quickly. Very impressed with staff communication skills and helping nature.
