Strongly Not Recommended for Families

I highly discourage anyone from booking here, especially families. The owner is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. We booked 5 rooms for 11 people two weeks ago, but upon arrival, we discovered that these were actually shared rooms.

There is a big hall converted into rooms separated by fiber sheet and not actual walls.

Here’s what the owner promised during booking:

1. Five separate rooms.
2. All rooms would have attached washrooms.
3. Every washroom would have a hot water geyser.

However, none of these promises were fulfilled. The owner initially refused to give us all five rooms as agreed, and after a lot of back-and-forth, he reluctantly provided them in the morning. But when we returned to the rooms late at night (around 1 AM) after visiting Indore and Onkareshwar, we found a woman sleeping inside one of the rooms. When we asked the owner about it, he claimed we only had four rooms, and that we had turned down a fifth room earlier in the day. He even suggested we leave if we weren't happy with the four rooms.

We had no choice but to make do, as we were a large group with women and children. Strangers were sleeping outside our rooms, making us feel unsafe. The toilets were filthy, there was no hot water, and all the rooms had leaks and bedbugs.

This place offers great value for money. I was searching for an affordable yet comfortable stay for a few days, and this accommodation perfectly met my expectations. The facilities provided were decent, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay.

The owner is humble, approachable, and always ready to assist, which added to the overall positive experience. Cleanliness was well maintained, making the environment hygienic and comfortable. Narmada guest house is not capable even to get a single star. And the owner is also having rude behaviour also along with the our booked rooms there are some in side room who are smoking continuously and throw remaining in front of our room. Owner has no meant to us regarding that, no geyser, no water facility, no cleaned washroom , no any other basic facilities. At the name of delux room he had given us a small cage like in which anyone can come in because in that room there is also 3 rooms. Very bad experienced and owner is also...
