We had the worst experience ever at this place. We had made the booking of this property for 4th June on 15th May via goibibo which is abt 19 days before traveling on the day we were reaching about half hour before reaching the property, someone from the hotel calls us and says there has been a mistake and our rooms were given to some other guests leaving us stranded on the road. and this was after 12 hours of being on the road traveling in peak summers. the manager was rude and said we should contact goibibo and ask them to hunt us for another property which itself was another disaster. I'm pretty sure the hotel managers sold our rooms to other guests at higher rates as we had got the property at a discounted rate via goibibo. he was making up stories saying he met with an accident and his boys forgot to shut the online booking system leading to this issue. But this sounds very fake cuz our booking was made 19 days prior for 2 rooms so why did they not sort this issue out and why was this bought up at the last minute. will never recommend this place to anyone ever. This is very nice place to stay if you are looking to stay in Mansarovar and also the room rates are affordable with available rooms that are very neat and clean. The food of their restaurant is also good and you can have dinner here without going anywhere nearby. The best thing about this place is that pool is also available which is open from 7 am to 7 pm and also it is very clean. You can also buy swimming costume here as per the availability. This place is also good for family functions and small parties as the location is near ajmer highway and also you will not stuck in traffic anymore in jaipur.
