Hotel Lichana Haveli — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Pathetic hotel. Located at a place nobody would ever want to stay. Poor service, based on lies. Management said the guest needs to ask for cleaning service, they do not care enough for house keeping. We stayed for 3 days and they didn't clean the room at all. Even the washroom was not cleaned. There was a rat in the room, and they didn't do anything even when we informed them of it. We ordered coffee in room service, and the cups stayed in the room for the remaining stay, with yeast all over the cup.

The location is far off from all tourist locations of Jaipur, the travel charges are too much.

Most important, the location mentioned in the card is wrong and you will have to search a lot...

As soon as u enter the reception u get really impressed by the beautiful decor. Great ambience... But the goodness ends here.. Because as soon as u enter the rooms u r completely put offby dirty room and stained linen. Our request to change the mattress cover was denied. They bluntly said they don't have any clean linen available..... They need to improve their service a lot. Very...
