Hotel O Haldi Ghati Gate — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Extremely poor service and irresponsible staff. I had a terrible experience during my stay here. The service and hospitality are among the worst I’ve ever encountered. What shocked me the most was that a staff member knocked on my door at 2 AM asking for my bike keys. Half-asleep, I handed them over as he claimed he needed to quickly grab food from a nearby restaurant and would return in 10 minutes.

Two hours passed, and no sign of him. I had to call the reception myself, and they casually said “10 more minutes” while clearly making fun of the situation. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. It felt more like harassment than hospitality.
